Stayed Aug 2, 2025Loved this adorable house. Everything was very clean and we loved being able to downtown and to the beach. The upstairs bedrooms were HOT though. There was no apparent AC in there and only one of the bedrooms had a fan.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Property was a great size for our family and offered easy, walkable access to everything in Boyne City, including the beach, marina, and all restaurants. Very quiet, clean, and working with the owner was a breeze. It offered everything we needed for a week at the lake!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Very comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to food and lake. Great sunsets over the lake. Only minor issue was that pullout bed was not very comfortable and only appropriate for children.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024This house is well stocked and convenient to the town and the marina. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops within 15 minutes. Don’t miss the sunset over the lake. We did stay in the warm (not hot) weather.

It is cute, it is comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was a work trip. There were three of us in town for two weeks, and we had more than enough space.
