Stayed Jul 17, 2025The shades are a bit tricky to operate. You might give better instructions. The neighborhood is great but a bit noisy street side. All the beach stuff was terrific.

Reviewer Comments: This spacious home was well furnished and comfortable for a family with small to grown kids. Four generations enjoyed the hot tub and short walk to the beach, spacious living room and kitchen. Neighbors were friendly and Platinum Mgmt staff went out of their way to help with any small issues that arose. Highly recommended!

Stayed May 23, 2025Great location to beach and short walk/drive to everything you need. It is on a stop sign beach access street and a bit busy, but once inside traffic wasnt noticeable.

Stayed May 15, 2025Perfect location to the beach and a nice mile walk into town. The house had comfortable beds, nice linens, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The hot tub was a nice bonus too.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Stayed here with a group of friends and it was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Some initial confusion with the ACs and hot tub but they were super communicative and responsive. Super clean, comfortable, and such a short walk to the beach! Highly recommended spot

Stayed Nov 15, 2023Good: -Beach is a block away -Beach is gorgeous -Well stocked kitchen -Hot tub is great -Place was very clean -Master bed is very comfortable (not sure on other beds as I only slept in master). Bad: -Strong bleach smell when we arrived. Place was very clean but we had to air it out for a day. -Kitchen supplies could be better. A couple of new pans needed. -BBQ doesn’t get super hot. Had to finish steaks in the pan to get a good sear. -There is some road noise in all bedrooms. Didn’t bother me but if you’re a light sleeper it could be a problem. -Most bedrooms don’t have anywhere to hang clothing. -Kitchen bar stools not comfortable. Need to be replaced.
