Excellent property, great value for price, pet friendly

This home was great, it was very clean and well taken care of. The location was great, our children traveled from Rexburg and from Utah to hang out with us for the weekend. We had our two dogs and the large back yard was very nice for them. Sheri was a fabulous host, she was very quick to respond to my questions. We hope to stay here again or in another property Sherri hosts.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Awesome Home. The amenities were perfect for our large family and made all of our activities easy and enjoyable. The house was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Communication with both the manager and property owner was smooth and responsive, which made the entire experience even better.

Our stay was perfect for our family!! We have rented many other properties, but by far, this property was well generously stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies and needed items.

This house was beautiful! The host was incredibly accommodating. We stayed here for my parents 60th wedding anniversary and my whole family loved their stay! The large yard was fully fenced so our dogs could run and play safely without us worrying about them getting out. There was plenty of seating outside to enjoy the spacious back yard. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to all the Idaho Falls and surrounding areas. The house was well stocked with everything we could need. My Mom has mobility issues and she only had to go up 3 steps to get into the house. The kitchen and master bathroom are on the main floor so she had no problem getting around. We had plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Thank you for helping us celebrate with family at your beautiful home!

We stayed here with another family for a wedding in town. House was perfect! Exactly as advertised. Kids and adults had a fantastic time. Host was responsive and kind and house was clean and had all the necessities. 5/5 stars. Would definitely stay here again!

Multigeneration family stayed for a wedding. Clean, very well decorated and supplied, lots of room for everyone, great yard for the dog to enjoy as well. Grandparents would suggest nonslip mats in the non-master showers.

Beautiful, well kept home. Was supplied with many extras such as extra blankets, small crib, blow-up mattress, plenty of towels, games, etc. Very nice backyard. Quiet, newer neighborhood. It was beyond our expectations! We loved our stay and would choose this home again!

This family friendly home provides plenty of space for our group of 15 crossing three generations. Plenty of space and toys for kiddos in the finished basement, while family room cozy for adults. Nice outdoor space with large table and several seating areas. Sheri and Taylor are easy to reach and prompt with replies.

We are a group of bell ringers who were attending a bell festival. You might not think bell ringing is physically taxing but you would be wrong. We work with a clinician for about 8 hours then perform an hour long concert. With all of us age 60 and up (one is 85), we get pooped. To spend our evenings in a restful environment was heavenly. To sit around a table enjoying a glass or two of wine and sharing stories was just perfect. Much better than our usual hotel stays. This home is a treasure!

Super impressed with the host. Knowing we were there to celebrate Christmas they put up a lighted Christmas tree. There were activities for the kids, toys for the littles, and a nice kitchen to make a Christmas meal. Christmas memories.

For a three generation gathering, this home was perfect. Main level bedrooms with an open kitchen and family room layout with lots of light. The basement included more rooms with toys for the children and another large seating area. Worked beautifully for our crew.

The communication from the owner was excellent, way more than I expected! The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!
