Iconic Twin Palms - Classic Upscale Midcentury!

Great location-very close to downtown restaurants and grocery; well-appointed house - kitchen had everything you'd need, comfortable beds. The property management company was very responsive to questions and requests, especially Lars, who was great to work with.

We were comfortable in the house, spent a lot of our time in the hot tub & pool. The pool was bigger than it seems in the pictures. It was a little noisy in the backyard with the pool system. Beds were comfortable, some of the chairs were not. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, a great stay.

The views out the back windows are gorgeous and we enjoyed time each afternoon in the hot tub before heading out to dinner.The house is well equipped and instructions are easy to follow. I thought the noise ordinance would be annoying, but we were generally out and it didn't affect us. The neighborhood is great for walking. I'd definitely stay here again.

The house is breathtaking. The master suite is fabulous and the glass windows and doors make it feel like you’re living outside (in a good way!). We had a great time and felt so comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better property or location. The place was tastefully appointed and everything was in good condition. Property managers were strong in communication and addressing our questions. Big thumbs up for this one.

This was our 11th annual Palm Springs stay. The neighborhood was classic mid century modern and fun to walk. Also, a manageable short drive to downtown. The house was clean, well appointed and worked well for our family with 2 young children. We had a few episodes with the hot tub heat, but the management group was quick to resolve it. We would love to return next year.

Beautifully maintained house, well suited to our group of three couples, very well stocked kitchen in a truly iconic Palm Springs neighbourhood. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and both check in and check out accommodated our needs. The information binder was comprehensive and very informative. We had a great stay, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were both kept at an ideal temperature.
