I Tre Laghi, Sant'Andrea - Sleeps 8 in winter and 10 in summer. It is a new built characteristic cottage, completed May 2018 which offers plenty of charm with high wooden ceilings throughout the house. Swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with large gazebo 6 x 4, all enclosed. A private pathway leads to the house with entrance into luminous living area, sofa opens into a double bed with mattress. Access onto large portico with garden table and eight chairs, barbeque area and flower box with herbs.Also equipped with outside wash basin and washing machine. Shade awning. Separate fully functional cosy kitchen with table and four chairs, electric cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all electric appliances. Kitchen with white wooden ceiling gives this room lots of light as each wooden beam is illuminated with led lights. Meals can be enjoyed, appreciating the views of the lake across the road. From living area a retractible fixed wooden staircase for access to a large loft area with double bed and single bed. Passageway. There are two bedrooms, one of which is the main bedroom (two single beds or double bed) which has an en suite bathroom with large shower panel (led lights). Main bedroom also has a loft area with single bed (2 meters x 90 cm). Access from bedroom onto large portico.. Second bedroom with two single beds for use as double bed as well. Second bathroom with bathtub with shower. The home sleeps 4 persons comfortably (bedrooms) 2 persons (sofa bed), 1 person (loft in main bedrom) 3 persons (loft in living area) for a total of 10 persons during summer months. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in living and bedroom areas. Heating/airconditioning paid upon consumption. Cot is also available upon request. Euro 120 is required as cautionary deposit to be paid on the day of arrival and shall be reimbursed on day of departure if no damage. I Tre Laghi is situated at approximately 1,3 kms from the historical centre of Città Sant'Angelo, in a tranquil area opposite three small lakes and consists of a large main house subdivided in two self dependant apartments, Sant'Agnese on the ground floor and Sant'Angelo on the first floor and the separate cottage, Sant'Andrea. Parking facilities within premises. The property is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes olive trees and various fruit trees, enclosed with remote control gates. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi. Magnificent views of the countryside, the lakes and Majella mountain. Possibility to also rent the main house together with the cottage for a total of 24 persons. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -. Bologna motorway. The town itself offers all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, banks, post office, theatre, weekly markets. Ten minutes to Montesilvano and fifteen to Silvi Marina beaches, approximately an hour ‘s drive to the four Abruzzo Parks (Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Majella National Park, Molise National Park and Sirente Velino Regional Park. One hour drive to skiing resorts such as Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice or La Magnola. This area is also ideal for cycling and fishing. Horse riding facilities in the vicinity. For the period 30 December - 3 January a cautionary deposit of Euro 200 to be paid in cash upon arrival which shall be reimbursed on the day of departure if no damage. Upon request Piero and Letizia can organize visits of a true traditional Abruzzo. Tastings of oil, wine and beer. A visit to a pasta factory on how the various pastas are produced. An extraordinary outing to a family run cheese laboratory where you personally join in the family in making the cheese concluded with degustation of various cheeses. An outing with the family and their dogs in truffle hunting which is concluded at their restaurant with tasting of various truffle dishes. We apologise for a slight increase in price this year due to increase of taxes on reservations, cleaning fees and commission.

    This property was absolutely perfect. We rented all 3 units for a large family celebration and I would t change a single thing if we were to do it all over again. Piero and Letizia are just lovely, thought of everything we would need and were so responsive with thoughts and ideas on the the local area - which is heaven by the way. You’ll need a car but from there everything is easy to reach and delightful. If I could give 6 stars I would... somehow the pictures don’t do these properties justice - it is so much more. Thank you for making our special celebration so memorable.

    What can I say! Place was better than its description. Everything you could ever need and if you like to cook a very well equipped kitchen as well as a lovely outdoor fireplace and barbecue. Owners are there when you need them. Not when you don’t. A very private getaway with stunning views and close to a small historic city. You do need a car though. One of the best properties I have ever stayed in.
