Stayed Nov 14, 2025We stayed with a group of 20 people, it was a perfect home for entertaining, was absolutely amazing to decide with so much fun deceiving at the kitchen area and the living room room was both accommodating for a large group of people. The house was so beautiful. The pillows and beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. I would love to come again.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025Eight guys golf marathon. 36 holes three days in a row. Our final consensus on the trip was we played too much golf and should have had just a house day to hang out and enjoy the place.This place is amazing. Clean. Well laid out. All the amenities you could ever ask for.Great for guys trip and for a family vacation spot.Management team was VERY easy to work with as well.Will definitely be going back.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025This was our second time staying on this property. It was even better than our first visit with the addition of the pickle ball / basketball court. The house was extremely clean. Plenty of room. Great pool and hot tub. Wonderful neighborhood. Close to everything. We will be back again next year and can’t wait! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024We booked this last minute stay for a long weekend with family. The place more than met our expectations. The photos on VRBO did not do it justice. We were there for 4 days and did not need to leave...so much to do for everyone in our party from ages 10-47. Would definitely stay at one of these properties again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the perfect family retreat at the Riviera Oasis. Our family ages were 1 - 67 and everyone of us, loved our stay. The bedrooms located on separate sides of the main living space was a bonus for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared most of our meals at home. The pool, spa and pickle/basketball court were a hit. We had a mini-tournament of putting, pool, corn hole and hoops, since were are a competitive family. The property location was close to shopping and safe for walking and jogging. I appreciated the easy booking and quality costumer service. Highly recommend this 5 star property.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is just as beautiful as the photos and very clean. There’s so much to do and enjoy and my group of 9 women had an amazing trip. A few things I wish I knew beforehand I feel the need to pass on: there are NOT hairdryers in each bathroom like management said, the top bunk in one of the bedrooms is not easy to get into and seems dangerous, do not waste your money heating the pool in the fall as it never got warm enough to use and you can’t heat both the pool and the hot tub at the same time, and lastly, be very careful on the pickleball court - it was clearly built by someone who doesn’t play as there is very little room behind the service line with an ankle twisting drop to the rocky yard and the surface is a little slippery. I would still highly recommend and stay here again keeping these things in mind!

Reviewer Comments: This was the most beautiful and clean vacation home our family had ever experienced! Plenty of bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows we've ever had. There was 13 in our family loving all the amenities! Even though the temperature reached over 108 every day, we were entertained by the pool, pickleball court,golf Green, and billards table since the misters around the home seemed to cool things down. We can't wait to go back again!
