For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Family-Friendly:
As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That`s why we`ve made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack `n play with crib sheets, a high chair as well as children`s cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. There are also board games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, street parking is not permitted. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No flames inside, no firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.

    This property was amazing and fully equipped for our every need. It was perfect in every way; private, convenient, clean, comfortable; with many extras in the kitchen and bath. With the convenient location right on the beach, our trip was extra special. Our host was easily accessible with a question we had regarding booking. The property was pet friendly but showed no signs of being occupied by pets as it was spotless when we arrived. We will plan to rent here again when we visit in the future.

    We have stayed at dozens of properties, hotels, etc and this was a memorable visit and our favorite place. The hosts/property mgmt provides proactive communication and seamless process before, during, and after your visit. We loved how well equipped the kitchen is, everything high quality. The pictures of the house/view actually understate how phenomenal the view and peacefulness of the property are. You can hear the ocean from both balconies and really feel secluded. The location steps away from the beach cannot be beat.The hosts put a lot of care into all details and the experience for the guests. With two kids under 3, it was so easy to travel/pack knowing the house was already equipped for little ones. The house was exceptionally clean. The decor and surf vibes make the stay more of an experience compared to other beach properties I’ve stayed in.
