Stayed Apr 24, 2019I stayed here with my wife and daughter during a trip back to Austin, to visit family and friends. The property is clean and well-maintained. The host, Pete, was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions and messages. The place was very comfortable, and you can't beat the central location in Hyde Park, walking distance to some great restaurants, bars, coffee shop, Shipe Park, and with good bus links to the University, etc. and plenty of electric scooters (Bird, Lime/Uber, etc.) nearby. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Mar 23, 2019I enjoyed my stay in this 2 bedroom efficiency. Not a lot of frills but clean and comfortable. I liked the deck because the weather was very nice. Could have a few more comfortable chairs on the deck but it was fine. Great location. I will use it again in the future. The owner is very nice.

Stayed Oct 22, 2018The property is nicely done. It is very comfortable and has ample parking space. I really liked the patio. It is well located as well. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this for a stay in Austin. The only challenge may be that it is an upstairs apartment without lift. So be prepared to lift your luggage.
