After booking, you’ll receive important details about the property, house rules, and Big Bass Lake community guidelines. All rules must be followed, and any fines will be charged to the registered guest.

☀ Primary Renter
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Pet Fee
A pet fee applies and must be paid prior to arrival. Pets must be approved in advance.

☀ Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

Parking
On-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Smart Door Lock
A custom access code will be sent prior to check-in for easy, contactless entry.

Propane & Firewood
One propane tank is provided for the grill.
We do not supply additional propane or firewood for the fire pits, but arrangements can be made in advance upon request.

Guest Registration
All guests must be registered with the community.
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Registration must be submitted more than 72 hours before check-in
• A $50 late fee applies to bookings or registrations made within 72 hours of arrival
