Stayed Feb 18, 2022Although the owner was very apologetic, I cannot offer a good review for this property at this time. The temperature in the house was 79 degrees, on the 4th day amid apologies the owner agreed to have a repairman take a look. We abandoned our plans for the day to be available for a repairman. It was then discovered that a copper line was cut in the past when clearing weeds and brush from around the unit. The owner apologized and left a $100 bill for us (after previously mentioning “taking off a couple hundred”). There were many smaller issues, a broken screen door, stains on couch, carpets, a very large brown stain on the box spring and both toilet seats were damaged and stained. I had a frank discussion with the owner who was very apologetic said he was new at this and said that he would remove the house from VRBO until he addressed the items we discussed but too late for our vacation. As first time VRBO renters, this experience did not make a good first impression.

Stayed Nov 26, 2021House was not clean have pic of dust and smear spots over everything that was half way wiped down. Under beds was trash, silverware drawer had pills in it , door is rotten out on back of house and beside fireplace, master shower one head barely works and other sprays water everywhere, other bathroom has no hot water at all. The hole house was a joke the people literally looked like they moved out long enough to rent the place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent this property and they charged me a 150.00 cleaning fee lmao.
