Hunter Mountain Townhouse at Scribner Hollow - sleeps 12

Fine for what it was needed for but not clean. Early check in was accommodated which was nice. Couch arm falling off, Slider door dirty, bathroom floor atrocious (tp roll kept falling off and when picked up, had hair on it), clumps of hair on carpet, garbage in the sofa bed pullout, stairs inside felt like they are about to collapse, steps/deck on way in questionable. I called to speak to the owner today after the stay about the 150 cleaning fee bc we really had no time while there, was told bc i had no pictures, nothing they could do and cleaning ppl don't clean the ceiling fans and not expected to clean in the sofa every time, that I should've texted pictures to the owner and bc i didn't, nothing can be done. I would not recommend and would spend more than consider staying there again. Oh and the owner thought it was acceptable to raise his voice to me during the call, absolutely unacceptable. Lesson learned

We had an amazing experience at this house We couldnt believe how fresh this home is, this place is clean,fresh linen, very comfortable beds, the kitchen/eating area was amazingly nice The host was extremly nice ALL the way along Highly highly recommended Ron keep up your great work Hope to come again very soon

Great location for the area. Close to all the mountain-area attractions whether it be skiing or hiking. Fantastic view of the trails at Hunter Mt. Ski Resort. Convenient to get down off the mountain and get to more commercial areas. With the mountain resort communities of Hunter, Windham, Tannersville and Haines Falls all within a short drive, there is plenty to see and do, particularly if outdoor activities are what you're looking for. This townhome is spacious, comfortable and equipped with multiple decks to help you get engaged with nature. Good home base for your activities in the area.

This is my second time at this house, what I like most is location, close to many natural places I love.

NO A/C. The house smells of old cigarettes and just old. The kitchen needs serious updating, the pans are rusty or very used, the fridge did not want to close, contacted the property owner, he said he would be by the next day, Monday or Thursday!!! Which we didn't see any reminiscence of anyone. We threw out some of our food as water kept building up in the fruit/vegie and meat drawers and in our food. The freezer wouldn't freeze at first. The stove wasn't getting the pans hot enough, it took a while to get the food cooked. It wasn't enough wash cloths, the toilet was leaking, bugs all over the place, the screen to the patio door are torn and one of the doors fell off. And it SMELLS!!! They really need to list NO A/C on the description. This was just horrible!!!

Loved this property. They thought of everything. House is stocked with everything you need. Was clean upon arrival. The view of the mountains from the bedroom and living room is spectacular! Highly recommend!
