The detached garage studio may be rented separately or in conjunction with the home, depending on availability. Regardless of how the space is booked, guest privacy is always maintained—there are no shared living spaces.

The home offers easy access to major roads and nearby destinations. On-site parking makes it simple to get around by car, and downtown Mobile, medical centers, and local attractions are all just a short drive away.

Rental Agreement & Guest Verification

After booking, you’ll be asked to sign our Rental Agreement and complete guest verification through Truvi, our trusted third-party safety partner. These steps must be completed within 24 hours of booking or 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to offer a free cancellation.

Non-Smoking Property

This is a strictly non-smoking property, including indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Violations may result in removal and additional charges.

Age Requirement

Groups where all guests are under 25 years old are not permitted.
