~HUGE Pool, hot tub, 8 beds!~ 1 Mile from beach!

CAUTION! First of all there’s no doubt this home is beautiful and has a lot of amenities. However we had many issues with our stay. The pool cleaning crew walked in unannounced during the day when we were all in the pool, very unprofessional. Second, our first night there we were outside enjoying the pool and outdoor amenities when the neighbor came over and started screaming and pounding on the fence claiming he was going to call the police and call the city inspector. We were not being loud nor were we playing music. Literally with our normal voices outside at 9:30pm. That issue Continued all 3 nights we were there including the last night when the inspector did come just to tell us we weren’t doing anything wrong and the neighbor behind us was actually the one playing music and being loud. The neighbor actually made us feel very unsafe with the way he was threatening and screaming at us. After the first night issue the owner of the property came over to “look for batteries for a noise detection device” but just seemed to walk around the house and look at all the rooms to see if things were “in order”. Our trip was ruined because of the neighbors and the constant threats of police being called and inspectors when in fact the noise complaint was actually coming from another home. The neighbor actually was filming us constantly coming in and out, including the girls in their bathing suits. This is not the place to stay if you want to have fun in Florida and feel safe.

Our family had THE BEST time at this house! It was in a great location, with parks, beaches, and restaurants all within a short distance. The house was clean, comfortable, and had so much to offer for visitors. Between the pool, gaming table, and outdoor areas, our family used every inch of this house and yard. The host is very accommodating and the cleaning crew does a wonderful job. We are already talking about coming back for our next vacation!
