Huge Luxury Townhome/Condo in the World of Tennis, Lakeway, Tx., West of Austin

All was good

Didn’t use pool,kitchen didn’t have any bottled water, no shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, front door not locking upon closing properly. Washed towels left in the dryer! Very spacious rooms!

Bedroom remote didn't work. Owner sent replacement only to find that Roku stick didn't work and tv wouldn't mirror my iPad.....Primary way to connect to my movie apps...otherwise no cableDishwasher wouldn't stay open so you could loadFurniture is old and musty

Perfect location for us to visit family in the area. The condo is nice and the property manager was wonderful.

Family wedding, the house was big enough for all of us to stay. Very roomy home. It had everything that was needed.

Very nice condo located in Lakeway Texas near several golf courses and Lake Travis. Plenty of room for our group and all the “necessities”. Will definitely return for another golfing weekend!

Every place I’ve stayed in the past had simple toiletries provided (shampoo, body wsh, etc) as well as simple condiments (salt, pepper, coffee, etc) but nothing provided. I had to get towels from another bathroom, the grout in the shower had mold, the shower floor was extremely slippery (almost fell), couldn’t figure out how to get bedroom tv to work, no trashcan in the bathroom. The positive was the location and quietness of the neighborhood. Also, pool table was missing a ball. Overall for the price I would probably not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

The only reason I have four stars over all is because the bed in the master bedroom is very hard which made it hard to sleep.

My issue was with general cleanliness. There were food scraps around the house and partially drank water bottles, one in the house and one on the porch. One of the night stand drawers full of candy wrappers, etc. Kitchen could use a new can opener, a vegetable peeler and some glassware. The price was right and great area in spite though. I did not clean up what was already there, but did clean up everything after ourselves. Perhaps it just needs better housekeeping.

Location worked well for us. Place was clean. Only issue was that we got a message a day before we came in for Thanksgiving that the dishwasher didn't work and just to leave dishes in the sink. That was not a great solution for Thanksgiving weekend. They did offer a full refund if we didn't want to stay there, but also not a good option the day before the rental began. We worked out another plan at another house for cooking. They gave us a $50 discount for our troubles.

Friends gathered for golfing and some dinner together.

This Townhome was everything as advertised. Beautiful, comfortable, and great location. It had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. We look forward to visiting again!

World of Tennis was the perfect distant to all locations we needed to be at for a wedding. Wish we had time to swim in pool, the facility looked amazing. The accommodations were just as listed and the host was friendly and quick to respond.

We had a great time in Lake Travis! We were in town for a youth lacrosse tournament and shared the house with a few other moms and teammates. The house had plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was well stocked, enough to make coffee and breakfasts. The boys enjoyed playing on the tennis court in the evenings. This is our 2nd time staying here for this tournament and it's worked out great both times.

This was the perfect home for us girls to reunite. Plenty of room. Very clean, had everything that we could possibly need. Conveniently located to my relatives that live in Lakeway! My only regret was the stairs coming into the home. I didn't take that into consideration when my 85 year old uncle came to visit. My fault!! We'd definitely stay there again!!
