Huge Luxe Williamstown Updated Victorian, All Ensuite Baths, Walk to Spring St!

Great spot!

Wow, what an amazing home! So cozy with lots of room to spread out. We spent two lovely days reading, playing pool and enjoying one another’s company. We were very sad to leave such a lovely place.The host was very responsive and helpful! We’d go back tomorrow if we could!

Easy check in and out. Lovely well equipped home walking distance to Main Street shops. Our third family Christmas and its always a wonderful stay. Thanks!

Super location in walking distance of Spring Street and for all college related activites. The house is charming with a fully renovated kitchen, pool table, big screen tv. Well appointed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Easy access

Great location, next to a loud party house which we enjoyed. The college kids were having a great time! Worn home which we loved as well with a broken hand rail and in need of some basic repairs. Overall, this property worked very well for our family with tons of room and cool things. Great kitchen with everything very well appointed. Beautiful gas stove and other nice basics. We were in town for a wedding and this was a very central location one block from the action of Williams College. Loved it!

Perfect location in the center of Williamstown. House is beautiful and in very clean condition.

This was a great spot for a family reunion. 5 very comfortable bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Downtown Williamstown 1 block away. Lovely front porch that is sheltered from the rain. Didn’t even use the wonderful back deck with picnic table and grill. Will continue to return here!

The home was exactly as reflected in the listing. It's very large and located right by the Williams campus and Spring Street. Location was perfect for walking into town and to Taconic. The house manager was easily accessible and checking in and out was flawless. The yard and deck were perfect for entertaining both the adults and the one toddler in our group. Would absolutely stay here again.

Jake House is a large, comfortable property with lots of architectural charm. The house is well-located and the garden is lovely, with rabbits and deer spotted nearby. We were 6 people, ranging in age from late 20s to late 80s. The ground floor bedroom is perfect for someone with reduced mobility. The bathrooms are modern, well designed and spotless. However, the floors in the bedrooms and kitchen were not spotless. In one bedroom we found a pacifier under the bed and some broken press-on nails stuck in the floorboards. In the kitchen, we found a cheese puff on the floor; also, after wiping a few drops of water off the kitchen floor, the paper towel I used was black. I think it has been some time since the kitchen floor has been mopped. Overall, the house is wonderful and we would stay there again.

We stayed here for a wedding at the Williams Inn. Great location, easy walk to the inn and to the shops and restaurants. Property was so easy to work with.

The property was great for our brief winter vacation. Lots of room and very comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and the Clark. We would happily stay here again.

Second time staying here! Very comfortable for a vacation with adult children plus dog. Hiking and walks were very nice because of the snow this year!

This is a great house for a larger group. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking and spacious dining table for eating together. We appreciate enough bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to accommodate our family gathering. The fenced backyard is perfect for our dog. The area is nice for walking a short distance to shops, bars, etc.

We were all amazed at how big the rooms were and by the high ceilings. There were many nice places to hang out, indoors and out. The many bathrooms were clean and nice, and the kitchen was very functional. We loved how close we were to Spring St. Three generations were able to fit comfortably and enjoy this house.

Perfect setting and house for a wedding weekend . Comfortable rooms, well stocked kitchen, great front porch and deck. Only negatives were the extremely loud Saturday night party in the street that lasted until 3 am and a loose stairway railing.

Stayed 3 nights for my daughter’s wedding. The Jake was perfect! Clean, plenty of room. Management was always available and understanding Cozy kitchen Everyone slept great! The billiard room dialed it up to an 11 out of 10

Loved the house and the privacy the individual suites gave all of us. So great to have private baths with each bedroom. Lots of living space and the kitchen was incredibly well-appointed. Everything we needed for a great summer reunion.
