Huge Lakehouse w/Pool, Hot Tub & Fire Pit Near Nashville!

Our family of 14 spent a long family reunion weekend at this Old Hickory Lake House.The property is amazing! There was ample room for all our sleeping requirements.The kitchen layout was perfect for cooking and enjoying family meals and celebrations together. We spent a good deal of time in the pool and jacuzzi, and fishing on Lake Hickory. All the amenities this house has to offer made our stay that much more enjoyable. The house was well stocked with nice linens, towels, hand soap, Kleenex and toilet paper. Seth, the property manager was easy to communicate with, and made the check-in process seamless. There was also plenty of room to park multiple vehicles and two boat trailers in the large circular driveway. The family witnessed a vast array of native wildlife both on the property and out on the lake. The house is located in an ideal setting. It offers peace and tranquility and easy access to the city. Rent this house and you will have it all!

We give this property the highest recommendation. Every detail big and small was perfect. Our family was ecstatic. Wonderful accommodations. Fantastic for large families. We had 10 adults and 5 young kids. Pool, lake access, proximity to Nashville We could not be happier.

Perfect location for our family annual gathering. The lake, pool, hot tub, fire pit were loved by all. We kayaked, paddle boarded and fished off the dock and bank daily. The location was perfect. Only one and 1/2 miles to super Kroger. We saw turkeys, ducks, deer and even a mother skunk with three little ones as we sat in the yard!

Our family of nine enjoyed our stay at this property - especially the pool, hot tub and lakefront dock! We appreciated having access to a multitude of amenities to enjoy the outdoor space - pool inflatables for the pool, kayaks, canoe, and lifejackets to enjoy our time on the lake, and plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family. The property location is ideal in that it is very quiet and serene by the lake but also just a few minutes drive to restaurants and shopping. The communication with the property manager, Seth, was great! We enjoyed our family vacation at this property and are thankful for the experience!

This house was perfect for our group of 12! It has big open spaces for gathering and unique options of the pool and Lakeside to also hang out. We enjoyed all the lake toys as well. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the house was clean with plenty of towels. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family. We had six adult and four children. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The kids loved playing in the hot tub. We had a bonfire at night and made s’mores. We have already booked another long weekend for 2026. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful house, beautiful backyard pool and hottub. Also easy kayak and canoe access to the gorgeous lake outback. Would highly recommend

Great property, beautiful and clean. More than enough space to accommodate our whole extended family. Our Mom and Dad, my 3 Brothers and their wives and children, and my family of 4! We watched deer and turkey pass by every morning while we enjoyed our coffee. The whole family enjoyed lazy pool days and all of our children, ages 6-3 caught fish for their very first time. It was close to Nashville so we went to dinner a couple of nights and caught a ball game. Had just a couple of questions for the property manager and he answered right away and helped quickly each time. Overall great stay! Thanks for the memories!

Neat and clean inside. Well stocked and modern conveniences

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed the pool, the dock, the area. Just one thing to check in the en-suite bathroom. It could be black mold on the tiles. Other than that, things were very nice.

Everyone in the family had an awesome time from ages 3-68. Plenty of room. Great gathering areas and also space to have alone time. Our dogs loved it too. Best three generation vacation we’ve ever had!

Nice neighborhood on a lake! Reasonably close to downtown. Pictures just don't do it justice! Big yard with pool, hot tub and fir pit! Not for wild parties but perfect for respectful gatherings for family and friends!

We had a wonderful friends trip! So much to do at this property from swimming and hottub to canoeing or relaxing by the bonfire. The house is very well equipped with everything we could have asked for and more. Extremely comfortable beds too! The property manager was extremely helpful in every way possible. We had a great stay in Hendersonville. The house was on the lake with nice, private grounds. The downstairs game room had a great pool and foosball table which we enjoyed. There were multiple decks, a nice grill, hot tub and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and open. Seth was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We very much enjoyed ourselves.

Everything was perfect. Plenty for everyone to do at the house or surrounding area. We visited Nashville several times, went on the lost river cave tour, went to a local fort tour. We ate out and in. Easy access to grocery and restaurants. We took the canoe and kayaks on the lake.

We had the best time at this property! It was perfect for our family with teens and college students. We kayaked and fished and spent time relaxing around the fire pit. We want to come back and enjoyed our stay immensely!
