Huge house, perfect for big families & large groups

Mr. Jack was a fabulous host. He did everything we asked for and more. The house was decorated very nicely for the Holiday season. He helped light the oven. He showed us where to find the outdoor and indoor lighting and walked us through each room addressing heating and cooling remotes, etc. We had a very wonderful time and would highly recommend this home to any large group.

Jack was super friendly, quick to answer, and addressed anything we needed.we would stay here again! Great location and special house.

Huge kitchen, very well stocked. All suite bedrooms that were large and comfortable. Host was nearby for any extras. Great for families, friends, both. Great location too!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our company. The main attraction was everyone had their own bathroom and living space and the house was large enough for all of the guests we entertained for drinks and dinner.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was unique and interesting. The house worked very well and had plenty of room for the family, and we were able to stay cool in the San Antonio heat. The owners were very responsive to all of our requests. Having small children, the location was perfect as it was near attractions that interested us.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. Great, spacious private suites for everyone. Plenty of space for kids to run and play. Postino restaurant to walk to next door. The hidden gem for playing in the house and night caps away from sleeping children. Highly recommend. Great location to all great San Antonio experiences. Thank you so much to Jack and Jessica!

So lucky to find this property just off of Broadway close to downtown in SA. Lots of comfortable gathering spaces, great kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc etc. Our host Jack was very responsive & we loved our stay.

My extended family spent two nights in this house for to attend a Trinity Football game. House was perfect for a large group. Beds where comfortable and everyone had a private bathroom. Their ware quirks in a old house such as this by the owner did a good job explaining them and had informative signs made up to remind you of those issues. Lots of space for boardgames and TV's abounded. Would definitely stay here again if I had another large group in town.

Beautiful property plenty of room for a family of 10. The house so much character. The house its self is amazing and owners are wonderful people friendly and helpful. We would most definitely stay here again.

Found this place after our original host canceled us 2 days before our check in date and am I glad I did!! The host was amazing in communication and willing to help with whatever needs we had at all times! The house was such a joy to stay in and fit our group of 14 perfectly! There was plenty for us to enjoy that even the younger kids were always finding something to keep them occupied while being at the house. And of course the bigger kids, aka adults, stayed entertained as well! We particularly enjoyed one room, but I won’t give away the fun with that, you’ll have to book to find out!! The back outdoor area was a nice place to hang out for everyone as well as the huge family room with plenty of sitting! The kitchen was plenty big for everyone to move around and perfect for those meals where you might need multiple burners going at once! The house is situated perfectly within just minutes of the downtown riverwalk area, Ft. Sam, as well as a few kid friendly things to do less than 5 mins away! Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity with a large family!! A huge thank you to Jack, the host, for everything!! You won’t be disappointed!

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It is very unique. Jessica was such a friendly hostess. All of the suites have a nice sized sitting area and small kitchenette. There was more than enough room for our family.
