Huge House of Fun in CDA, close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay at David’s property. He was really helpful and communicative. His property fit our accommodation needs perfectly for both the kids and the adults!

Great for the kids’ kids with their fenced yard while having enough space for alll. Great central spot but is in a quiet neighborhood. Great place overall!

The house was perfect and had enough beds for all of us. There were 12 women (cousins and daughters) for a girls weekend. It was very comfortable and we would stay there again.

Wonderful rustic motel that was clean and comfortable! Close to everything in Stanley! Very quiet! Plus much more affordable than anything associated with Redfish Lodge. Minutes away from hiking and the outdoors! We will be back!

Lots of room. Looks like a smaller home when you pull up but the house keeps going once you are in it. We had 14 adults and have plenty of room for everyone. Zero issues! Corn Hole, soccer balls and net was a huge plus for yard games! We brought our own camper chairs for outside and it worked out great!

We had a wonderful weekend stay while visiting Silverwood! The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax after a fun day at the park. While the décor is a bit dated, everything was clean and well-kept, and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable getaway. Would definitely stay again!

The pictures of the house represent the home, except the following:Deck is dangerous as there are many lifted and rotten boards. There should be more outside chairs. You only get 3 rolls of toilet paper, and the garage is not accessible.Dishes were dirty in the cabinets and not all rooms have a/c. The basement can get very hot as it has no a/c as well as 2 other rooms in the house. Games and remotes to a/c units didn't have batteries.The house held/slept all of our family as that was what we needed but it would have been nice if it was cleaner and had actual a/c for the price paid.

Was great option for a small group attending a youth event.

Played MvC on the cabinet, played lawn games in the backyard. Great for a larger group.

We had a great stay! The house had plenty of room for our family of 14. Lots to do close by and at the house. A couple things in the listing were missing from the house but we messaged the owner and he brought them the next day.

This is our third (fourth?) time staying here. Very comfortable, well stocked, and lots of room. LOVE this place!

The place was very spacious and amazing. Perfect place for a family gathering and to create fun lasting memories for all ages. Located right in the perfect neighborhood, close to everything. They truly have everything thought of, plus lots of extras. The ambience is relaxing and fun. The decor around the house has a mix of nice, nostalgic, humorous and fun feel to it, with great conversation pieces. The host was friendly and very responsive quickly to answer any questions prior to arrival and during the stay. Made our holidays extra special this year! I highly recommend. Not very many places like this in the area, especially to host a large group.

Large house with great backyard and large deck. Plenty of space inside and out. We enjoyed great weather for our weekend stay and took advantage of the outdoor space. Host Greg was nice to work with.

The bedrooms were all spacious and spread out. Kids were able to play downstairs with the unexpected heat and had plenty of options for board games. Corn hole and soccer was also fun for all the kids. AC units kept the upstairs cool. Basement was a little warm but 100 degrees isn’t normal. Would strongly recommend this house for multiple families and for kids of all ages.
