HUGE House 10 Mins From PSU Campus + Private Deck!

The property was the perfect size for our group of 8. Being so close to penn state and Beaver Stadium was so convenient. The patio area was nice too. Plenty of cooking utensils (could use more forks) but a wonderful home for us for the weekend. The host communicated well

The house we stayed in was great! Lots of room to gather in the living room, plenty of bedrooms so everyone could have their own space. The kitchen table was small for the four of us to sit at for dinner, and there were no kitchen towels or medium sized pots/pans stocked, but otherwise the house was comfortable and homey.

House was in a great neighborhood. Everything was included that we needed. Ultra modern interior. Very comfortable. Very pleased with the stay, not a single problem Thanks.

This house was perfect for our family.

Eight of us stayed at this home for an overnight trip. It was a perfect alternative to a hotel stay. Plenty of room to unwind after a long day. The home was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the event we attended. The host was great - quick responses and pleasant to deal with.

This is an ideal house in a nice quiet neighborhood of State College. It is spacious and clean. It has a nice living room set up with plenty of seating. It is very close to downtown but far enough away where you aren’t dealing with congestion. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family and hope to stay there again in the future.

Superb single family home accommodations in State College. Well-appointed, spotless and spacious residence in small neighborhood with great off-street parking and proximity to everything State College and Penn State have to offer.Owners were gracious and accessible and the open kitchen and connected family room (with a giant screen TV) proved to be the perfect spot for this seven-member family to stay in comfort.Would absolutely return and look forward to such!

Very clean and well appointed home. Comfy beds, great shower pressure, bar, and deck. Perfect for attending our son’s summer graduation. Family gathering after! The fridge hiccup was slightly inconvenient for entertaining, but ok There is no dining room table, but used deck furniture and coffee table. There is also no basement. But we had plenty of room. Lovely home. Close to campus! About 10 min to Bryce Jordan Center. Great communication with host as well.

Easy checkin and checkout. House was perfect for us (6 adults) to stay the night after a concert at Penn State.

Wonderful location right outside of town. The home was very clean, nice and spacious. Great for a weekend away with friends or family. Would definitely stay here again.
