You won't need to buy anything to make the house more suited to your needs, it's all there.

One really nice aspect is you can come home and flop down on the sofa and not feel like you have pop up and put the pillows right or something bad is going to happen to you. This home has a really nice, relaxed vibe to it, it's designed to make you feel chill.

Enjoy a beverage of your choice, cook a nice meal in the cozy kitchen that is classic 1950ties. Sit at a formal dining room table and eat in style, or out on the patio super casual and BBQ on the Mongolian grill.

You can sense all the good home cooked meals that were cooked and look out the kitchen windows onto the huge backyard and want to go out there and breath.

This home is almost entirely original from the 1950ties minus a reno done in the early 1980ties. The living room all-wood panel and feels like being in a wood ship. It is perfect for Sunday football with a cold beer and your sweetheart. It's warm and comforting and secure feeling, something about being surrounded entirely in wood is lovely.

It’s an oasis within an oasis of fun in romantic Savannah. Take an Uber and run around downtown and have fun, eat, drink and go dancing and come home and transform back from party animal to urban Joe. No one needs to know, “what’s goes on in downtown, stays in downtown”.

We stayed 5 weeks with our 5 small dogs and they loved the huge yard. We enjoyed sitting out back as well The owner stayed in contact with us and we had 0 problems .Anna and Kyler the managers who live near by were unbelievable, they handled minor issues before we even knew they were issues. They went so far above what is expected they even dog sat for us a few times. You should rent this house just to meet them.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ranchland home. The large shaded yard with privacy fencing was our favorite aspect of this property. Perfect for dogs and enjoying the breeze. It is an older house but we settled in quickly. Memories to last a lifetime. Thank you

My husband and I spent a month at Laureen's home. It was located in an older residential neighborhood of homes built in the fifties in Savannah. The neighborhood was quiet and was a great get away from the hustle bustle of downtown. The house next door was undergoing a house flip renovation and it was interesting to see the progress over the month. Although they were busy remodeling, they were very conscientious and not noisy. Laureen's home has a small kitchen that includes everything you need to make a meal. There are 3 bedrooms that were nicely decorated. A huge benefit to this home was the comfort of the King Size Bed. Being away for a month, a comfortable bed is important. There was a lovely formal dining room set up for an elegant dinner party. It is also a great area to set up PCs if you are working from home. There is a big backyard with a patio. If you have an animal, there is plenty of room for walking in the yard. My husband spent time watching his sports on the patio. There is a big screen tv in the family room that has cable tv and the bedrooms have individual ROKU tvs. There was a laundry room off the patio with a washer and dryer. The location was great as it was only 4 miles to downtown and about 12 miles to Tybee Island. We visited Forsyth Park, Tybee Island, Hilton Head Island, took the Savannah Queen Brunch tour and visited the Oglethorpe Mall several times. Some of the restaurants we went to were Carey Hilliards in Savannah, Hueys downtown Savannah, Crab Shack in Tybee Island, Tubbys Tankhouse in Thunderbolt Marina, Tequila Town in Sandfly, Cracker Barrel in Savannah Waffle House in Savannah. Finely, I appreciate our host Laureen who was extremely responsive. We had some questions about the trash pickup and the lock on the door. Laureen responded immediately and resolved issues. Also, there was an issue with the cable before we arrived, and Laureen arranged for repair the day we arrived. She also gave us recommendations of some restaurants to visit while in Savannah. Also, I appreciate Kate who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the home. In summary, this is an older home that is lived in and not fancy but very comfortable. The price was affordable. If i return to Savannah, I would certainly stay here again. Valerie and Mark Maine
