Huge 2700 square foot-4 Bedroom Home with Free parking

A very clean older home with large rooms and high ceilings! The kitchen is nicely updated. Accommodated 13 of us very comfortably.

We had a great stay and we like the property I'm going to start with what it could have been better and then finish with all the goodWhen we arrived, the house looked dirty on the outside and the lawn was not keptI liked that they asked us to take off our shoes inside the house & they had a space with mats & shoe racks to leave our shoes at the entrance. The problem was that when I walked barefoot inside, the floor was not clean, it looked clean but I could feels everything so I had to vacuum the whole house to be able to walk barefoot more comfortably. The rest inside was cleanThe temperature was fine downstairs but upstairs it was hot on the first day. Then on the 2nd day it got better. I suggest for them to turn on the a/c earlier as well as the fans to have a more welcoming temperature when the guests arriveAlso, we didn't have enough towels. It wasn't until we were getting ready to checkout that we realized that the dryer was full of towels of mixed colors but they were not completely dry They probably needed to be washed again since they had been sitting in the dryer half wetWith all that said, it was the PERFECT house for our family stay during my niece's weddingThe rooms were AMAZING, the bedding was great, there was a fan in every room and 2 fans in the master bedroomThe bathroom upstairs was GREAT and large enough for the upstairs group, downstairs another bathroom outside and another bedroomThe kitchen was well stocked as well as the laundry room GREAT

Great place. We have stayed here before while we were working out of town. Huge place, easy to have your own space. Clean and well stocked.

We rented this place for Notre Dame graduation weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The location in Mishawaka was super convenient to get to and from campus. The house itself was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. No complaints at all—everything went incredibly smoothly. Highly recommend!

Excellent property and host!

Very clean, good space, easy process, and quick communication with host. Great stay overall and would recommend!

Kitchen was good. The only thing missing was the can opener, but not a biggie.

Our weekend was great! Brian was a great host, he did a great job of checking in beforehand and afterwards to see that everything was right There was ample parking around the whole house, which was great for our 3 cars & 4 guests.

The home was as advertised, spacious and very clean. Host was timely in responses, easy check in. Nice area. Would use again.

The house was so nice and it was plenty of room for me, husband and kids! The kids loved having a tv in each room. The books were cute. The only problem we had it was freezing in the living room; It was not insulated enough for people to be warm or enjoy hanging out there for the winter

Everything was great! Very clean, lots of room, very well decorated. The area felt safe and the parking was easy to find

Everything involved with our stay went wonderfully. The properly suited our needs perfectly. Just noted that the side door was unlocked when we arrived…but everything seemed fine. The front door keypad worked fine but the door needed extra effort to close properly. Everything was adequate or better.

It worked great for our family, we cam in for a game at Notre Dame. We used Uber to get to campus.

We travel as a group to one away football game a year. With 12-14 of us, reasonably priced places to stay are hard to find. This was perfect for our needs. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows. Very communicative host. It helped that our team won too!

Nice and clean place to stay, close to activities. Host is quick to respond to any and all needs.

I have tried to submit a negative review 3 times ,but, apparently VRBO won’t let you describe why your experience was negative. When I was a kid my Mom used to say, “If you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all.” So I guess I’ll say nothing at all.

The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed meals at the large dining table and slept well in all the bedrooms. The neighborhood is safe and check in was easy. Highly recommend!

Great communication from the owner. Solid. Great accommodation, as well. You have to know Michiana. It's not for everyone. I recommend it to everyone and anyone who knows the Michiana area. If you're new to the area, then maybe it's not for you. For our family, it was perfect. We went to Notre Dame, Warren Dunes, Three Rivers, Marcellus & Goshen. It was perfect. I'm also an ND grad & would definitely come back with my alum friends & family. IMPORTANT - the river walk downtown area is footsteps away.

A nice property that accommodated our family well for Notre Dame graduation weekend. The house was clean, had spacious dining and kitchen area, nice refrigerator, coffeemaker with coffee, plenty of towels. It's an older house so we weren't surprised that the AC struggled, but after the first night the weather was cooler so the heat was not a significant problem. We did bring some folding chairs to provide more living room seating as recommended by other guests.

House had lots of room and was very clean. FYI, most of the bedrooms were upstairs and lots of stairs to climb. Allowing pets was a plus, as we had our pup with us. Only real complaint was the owner not disclosing the exact address until two days before our trip.

This property was huge, it had more than enough space. It was very clean and near local restaurants. Less than a mile from a town square that featured local eateries, bars, breweries, beautiful river views, mintues from Notre Dame and grocery stores l. I would stay here every time I'm in south bend and recommend it to others, 10 out of 10!

The was perfect for our family. The location was approximately halfway for Chicago and NW Ohio families. The house was as advertised with plenty of beds for all. This may be our future gathering place.

Brian was quick to respond to messages, the house was large enough to accommodate my family with small children. We enjoyed ourselves. I’m glad your home was available at the time of booking!

We had a Baby Shower planned here close to my daughter in laws family & this home was absolutely perfect. It had the perfect amount of space to take my mother, my daughter, and my grandson to stay with us while celebrating a baby shower. The only addition I would put in the home is a high chair and maybe a fold up pack and play but it was wonderful! Will stay again for sure. Check in & host were great.

My family of 15 people with their dogs had a wonderful time staying here. The home was clean and beautiful and there was plenty of beds for all of us. There were a few games and a kid's corner with books, both were enjoyed thoroughly. Having a fenced in yard was a definite plus. The only thing I would change was to bring our camping chairs. There was a large L-shaped couch in the living room and a lot of open space where we pulled in chairs from the kitchen but it wouldve been nice to have pur own seats.The host was great to work with and quick to return all VRBO messages.

This property is easy to find, very clean, great contact with the owner, and very close to our family. Important note, the stairway going to the second floor is steep and can be slippery. Hold on to the rail to prevent falling.

House was very clean and cozy. Nice roomy bedrooms with big beds. Very good location for shopping and dining. Only thing I didn’t like was you have to park on the street and the plugs didn’t work in the up stairs bathroom. I would recommend the home.

We were very impressed with the space and comfort of the home. The host was easy to communicate with and checkin was simple. I will keep this house in mind for another stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Lots of beds, lots of space, table big enough for 8 ppl, nice porch. Large Tvs in every room Parking is on street but we had 0 issues.

Close to Notre Dame campus for football weekend. Clean home and overall very spacious.
