Huge 18-Guest Retreat with Heated Pool & Sports Court

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The property was not in the condition shown in the listing photos, which were very deceiving. There were multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the home, including a broken toilet paper holder, a broken shower head, mismatched wall paint, scuffs on many walls, and blinds that were broken. The outside lights did not work, the rugs were dingy, and the ceiling fans were nonfunctional. Additionally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained, and we were disappointed with the experience.

The basketball court and the play structure surrounded with sand was a huge plus for the kids!

This could so easily be a 5 star experience … First impression was a neglected front door, unpatched walls, paint the trim and replace all the blinds. Firmly attach TP holder and replace shower head in the master. Pool was dirty so we cleaned it. TV and remotes needed an instruction sheet. The backyard was great for kids but the jungle gym needed restoring as it felt almost unsafe. For 1000 a night, this property needs to be updated to be worth that price point. We enjoyed the property, we’re just offering constructive critique from one entrepreneur to another.

This host was amazing. The house was amazing. The pool was amazing. Everything was amazing!!!!!!! We had 8 kids and 4 adults traveling and eveyone had a space to sleep and the house was open enough that noone felt cramped. We will be using this location again for sure!!!!!!!

The host was great with communicating.We really enjoyed the large backyard with the pool, large patio, basketball court, and so much seating area. I would definitely go again!

We had a great time! Serge was very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. When delivering extra pillows he was very friendly. Our family had a great time playing basketball and swimming in the pool. We also appreciated the outdoor misters. Plenty of room for everyone. Overall a great experience.

The house was amazing and in a great neighborhood. Conveniently located to everything. The house was set up so everyone had a quiet room with a TV and they were spacious. The bathrooms were nice and spacious too! The backyard had a lot of outdoor seating with lights for night activity. The lool was great and my grandkids couldn't get enough of it and the playground (with sand to boot). The basketball court was perfect and we used it a lot with the older kids (inclufing the light for evening time). Any questions we had were answered quickly and completely. If you're looking for a house in the Phoenix area this one is the one for you! Can't say enough positive about the house. Thanks again Serge for a great stay. Looking forward to the next time we are done in Phoenix visiting family.!

Three moms took six kids out of the PNW to find some sun and this property was perfect. The backyard is amazing. With a great pool that has shaded parts depending on the time of day, a nice turf area and a basketball court kept everyone really entertained. Located near stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and made our stay wonderful. We would definitely come back!

Our family loved the property, lots to do. Great location for spring training games

I am writing this to warn others. I can see from past reviews the HOST will call people picky and disclaim their review. The negative reviews are spot on. We did not see them until it was to late The outside of the house pictures show a patio and BBQ table area. The BBQ is full of mold and unusable. The patio is 1/4 the size the pictures shows. It doesn't show the trailer parked or the many bikes and random garbage. The pool and backyard had random kids toys swim belts laying around. The Host asked us to pore 1 gallon of bleach in the pool every three days. I take it no pool service or testing is done in the pool. The blankets in the bedrooms are full of holes. Light switch in kids bedroom is broken, it does work as the HOST will protest. Also plug cover off of electrical. The bathroom towels are in bad condition holes and ruff. My husband wouldn't use them to dry off his car. No wash rags available. Pool towels also in pour condition and not enough. House listing for 18 people. You better bring your own silverware because there are 6 forks. Pans and other kitchen utensils in unusable condition. This house would be nice if it was cleaned and had household supplies in usable condition. VRBO has been great in canceling this house for us. VRBO is a class act.

Perfect for families

Great place to stay. Pool entertained the kuds daily. Location close to stores.

We had a group of 13 people total (6 adults and 7 kids ranging in ages from 5 months to 7 years old) and there was something there for everyone! The fenced off pool made it feel very safe and secure, and we did pay extra to have the pool heated, which was well worth it. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and the play structure and sand! The house had plenty of space for everyone to socialize, eat and sleep. The only issue we encountered with this rental was the pool stopped heating one day after a wind storm but Serge, the owner came right away and fixed it so it was up and running for us the next morning. Accommodating and helpful host! Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

The property worked well for us. The bedroom sizes were good. My daughter has two children age 4 and one. The bed room with the trundle in walk through worked well for baby and 4 year old. We enjoyed the pool area along with swing set and basketball court. We were close to Wildlife park and aquarium as well as Legoland. There was also a very nice park within a short drive in Peoria.

My ‘branch’ of our family tree (13 of us w/6 kidlets between 6 & 9) were here for a family wedding and events … exploring, hiking, adventuring, eating (thank goodness I brought stretchy pants!!) … this was perfect for all of our 3 generations to stay and play!

Amazing pool. Basketball court was great too. Comfy rooms/beds. Serge was available for any questions we had.

Property has lots of space, plenty of beds, blanket, and towels. This house had everything we needed. The backyard had something for everyone the kids enjoyed the playground and everyone enjoyed the pool, grill, and basketball court.!

What an amazing property to use for a family gathering. Plenty of space outside for activities. Very family friendly. Pool is properly fenced in which is a huge plus since so many don't have great pool security. Well equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook for larger groups. If you are looking for a house to host a family reunion, look no further! We will be staying here again.

Wonderful property for large group. All 5 of our adult children plus families stayed very comfortable. Able to retreat from events to give everyone some down time. Will definitely recommend.
