The house was amazing. The goat was extremely nice. Communication before arrival was slightly off. They were not as friendly but once there everything was perfect!

The host was welcoming and listened to our concerns and questions. The house was very clean overall. Pool was great once we got the heating figured out. I would suggest to replace old pots with new pots and pans as the nonstick coating was coming off. Overall, it was an awesome stay. Thank you.

House was everything we could’ve asked for. Plenty of space, awesome kitchen, great pool and hot tub, outdoor tv area, big grill, sports courts. Location about 15 minutes from main bars Would recommend to any large group looking for a top tier rental. Worth every penny

Great property with all kinds of activities, spacious bedrooms, many bathrooms and an overall impressive layout. We had a great time and would all recommend this property.

Everything was wonderful about this property! The house was huge and comfortable. Kitchen was appropriate for our needs. All was clean and organized. Plenty of space! Check in and check out was flawless and the communication was superb. We were re-imbursed for the lack of heat to the pool, and the hot tub was grand!

Great stay with friends. House and house manager were great. Easy to work with and house was as advertised. Great house for hosting several couples.

Positives:Many rooms, enough space in living areas - both inside and out - for a family of 19 people (including kids).Lots of things to do around the house for all ages. Billiards, tv's inside and out, pickleball court, basketball, pool

Great for multi family. Close to venue. Management was very responsive. The only issue was the hot tub not heating, but once we contacted the management team, they worked to solve the problem.

We had a great time and the facilities were good. Well-equipped home with lots of space, ample-sized bedrooms. Pool heating took several days to correct and hot tub heating did not work at all, which was a big disappointment.Good communication with property manager, but problems with pool not immediately resolved. Furnishings in house could benefit from a facelift. Hot tub heating needs to be fixed (and we were assured that this was working prior to and after booking the stay).

Two families 10 people stayed to celebrate new years and attend fiesta bowl . House is large and was very clean . Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to everything in Scottsdale . We were busy and did not use pickleball court or movie theatre . It was great to all be together .

This was the perfect place for me to host my brother’s bachelor party. We had a bigger group with about 15 guests. The host was extremely responsive in answering all my questions and was accommodating on getting things set up for our arrival such as the pool. I would 100% recommend to any group looking for a fun get away!

The house was spacious and clean. It was on a very busy road, as long as the gates were closed, you really did not notice it. It looked like there was still repairs to be done, the walls were patched and there were no floor boards. But other than that, it was very nice. There are no spices or anything in the kitchen, so come prepared. Not a big deal, it’s just nice to know. We had such a great time playing pickle ball, swimming in the pool, watching footballOutside AND inside. Played Ping Pong, corn hole, pool and played a putting game. For a large group it was great.

The house was perfect for our needs, the back yard was fantastic and that’s where most of our time was spent.

Overall, it was a great house for the group size we had - prior to arrival, the communication was just average - I had to chase down answers to my questions more than one time. On-site, the house was nice - it would have been helpful to have been provided more towels & bathroom toiletries given our group size & since everyone was coming from out of town. The grills gave of a natural gas odor for most of the trip & could have used a cleaning. House definitely needs a paint job. Thank you!

The property is very large with great air conditioning so we were able to keep cool. The kitchen was large and moderately stocked so if you plan on cooking you may not have everything you’re looking for. Admittedly, the house is a little older than what is pictured. It could have a used a good coat of interior paint, and a tankless water heater. There wasn’t enough hot water for everyone and there was poor water pressure on one side of the house. Additionally, the cleaning crew could spend a little more care on cleaning shower heads and areas in the kitchen (like behind the trash cans) that you don’t easily see but will regularly have to access. Lastly, the refrigerator was broken and they provided a smaller replacement. Upon our request they did bring an additional refrigerator. Andromeda was an awesome hostess and was very responsive to our concerns.

The property was spectacular. It’s somehow even bigger than the pictures make it seem. The property manager was very helpful although we didn’t need much from her because the house had everything we needed. All my friends were very complimentary of the house and made several comments about coming back. We used everything except for the theater and the pool heating or hot tub since it was summer. Everything was great except the putting green wasn’t very functional but that’s not anything we really cared about. It should be noted that there is an extra fee if you pay with credit card on the second payment. I didn’t feel comfortable sending money off of the VRBO platform.
