House was perfect for a large group. Very clean and if we needed anything it was taken care of immediately.

As amazing as the place looks in the photos in the VBRO app it is even better in person. It is phenomenal with so many comfy and large rooms with lots of space to entertain. Lots of things to do inside like video games pool ping pong and a great theatre pool. The outside area with the pool lazy river and large deck space was wonderful. You have to experience it to fully appreciate it. I’m glad someone was there to show us around when we got there because the place is so large we would have missed some of the hidden suprises.

This property is awesome. The house and grounds are in great condition. Luxury with functionality. Main house is huge and can spread out. Poker room is cool. Pool house has it all- pool table, ping pong, gigantic movie room, TVs everywhere, full kitchen. Outdoor grounds are nice and the pool/lazy river, and slide are great. Overall an incredible property and would love to go back and stay there again

We stayed at this property for our annual work retreat, and it exceeded every expectation. The main house was beautifully decorated—fun, unique, and full of character. We especially loved the player piano and the large dining table, which made our first night of talking, laughing, and sharing a meal together so special.The bedrooms were all newly updated, comfortable, and spotless, giving everyone their own wonderful suite to relax in. The guest house was equally pristine and provided the perfect quiet getaway space when needed.The pool house was ideal for our all-day team meeting, with a fully equipped kitchen and buffet area that made meals and breaks seamless. The private movie theater was a hit with our movie and TV buffs, offering cozy seating for day or night enjoyment.But the highlight was definitely the outdoor space. The lazy river, pool, water slide, hot tub, covered gazebo, and lounge area were the best we’ve ever had at any retreat location—bar none. This was our fifth and largest retreat, and the outdoor setup made it unforgettable.Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of room for everyone and no restrictions.We’ve already decided—we’ll be back next year. We truly found the holy grail of retreat properties!

We had a family of 18 stay for a week. The campus, houses and pool were fantastic. However, we had workers in the house when we arrived trying to fix the WiFi. Thus we were frustrated that we had difficulty starting our vacation recognizing we were not allowed to arrive earlier Also a defective fire alarm and a screaming alarm late one night (undefined cause) were real disappointments.

Overall, it was a good stay. We enjoyed the movie theater, the pool, the game room, the piano, the dining room and other aspects of the property. No air conditioning in the second building for the first night so we had to double up the bed situation - that was uncomfortable. We thought more could’ve been done to remedy that. There was plenty of fridge space in the pool building and TVs in all the rooms. We didn’t really need to leave the property to do fun things. The misters were nice, the fireplace was nice, the poker room was nice. Overall, it was a good stay.

We had everything we needed and more for our company retreat! The property and grounds were fabulous. The kitchen had everything for our chef made meals. We couldn’t be happier with this property.

The property is spectacular! Well equipped, super clean! We used the East house for lodging and the main estate for the gathering. Would rent again in a heart beat.

Great property, well equipped. Ashley was very responsive to a couple of items that needed attention. Met some of the group at the house and reviewed operation of pool and other items. Would definitely rent this property again. Over the top!!!

With 9 attendees, the space was ideal for our needs, and the conference room setup worked perfectly. We also loved the range of amenities available, including a game room, poker room, a movie theatre/stage, as well as ping pong and billiard tables, which provided some great entertainment during our downtime. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the impressive pool area, I can easily see it being a fantastic spot for family gatherings. I highly recommend this venue!

The property was the best experience. There was room for everyone to have their own area. It was like a private hotel. I can't think of anything the home didn't have.
