Houston Home with Private Outdoor Pool!

Our host made us feel welcome and showed us some of the local favorites. The house is comfortable and quiet definitely will be staying in the future!

This place was barely acceptable, and needs maintenance and updates. Many rundown or non functioning features. Microwave did not heat, and the oven door dis not open. Cleanliness was OK, but not great. The pool was nice but some of the outdoor furniture was in need of repair or replacement. I contacted the rental service but received no response.

Well, the truth is it was a bad experience because there were actually 10 of us, there were 8 adults and 2 children. They called us because they saw us on the cameras and that we were more than the capacity because of 2 more children. They told us that if we didn't leave, they would kick the police out. In the end, we called to reach an agreement but they didn't want to and they didn't give us any money back. And I have no recommendations, either. The property, the garage is full of things and you can't even use it. And in the back there is also a space that also has keys. I don't recommend it at all.

Pool was great but no lights inside or around the pool and signs like “quiet time between 10 pm-8 am” kind of sucked!!!

The property was very nice. The home was large enough to accommodate our family, and the pool provided great relief from the heat. The home could definitely use a DEEP clean, maybe a Maintenace run from an exterminator and pool Maintenace.

Dirty house! Invested with roaches! Cooking utensils, appliances and trash can dirty with caked on food! Couldnt keep any food on the counters due to the roaches. Tub/showers were dirty with hair. Very disappointed and disgusted! I would not recommend this place at all! I sent a message the day we arrived which was Monday and never received a response.

Overall a good experience, but cleanliness could be improved.The stay was generally enjoyable, and the pool was a nice temperature. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The kitchen wasn’t clean upon arrival, and we found crumbs in the master bedroom’s bed, suggesting the place hadn’t been properly cleaned. We also noticed small roaches in the kitchen and even found a used condom on the patio, which was really off-putting.Another thing to note: there’s a pool house on the property that may be occupied by another guest — we weren’t informed of this until after booking, which was a surprise. The pool itself was usable but had some debris and bugs in it, though a net was available to clean it out.All in all, we had a good time, but with more attention to cleanliness and clearer communication, the experience could be much better.

The house needs a thorough cleaning and fumigation. There was a terrible roach problem. The pool heater did not work and response from the host was very delayed. Upstairs needs updating, cleaning and painting. The mattresses are terrible and something bit my ankle. The area was nice and the house had the potential to be a good rental but all of these problems need to be addressed. I would not stay here again and wish i could get my money back.

Home was not clean!!! Pool was dirty and pool light was not working, patio area was dirty and had dead roaches laying around. Children’s stickers were all over the furniture. There was spices in the kitchen cabinet that had spilled out all over the cabinet. Cleaning crew clearly not doing their job!!!!

Home was very outdated, cluttered, and needed a bit of work done.

Would definitely recommend to others and book future trips

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed being so close to NASA, which was amazing. The pool was a very nice bonus.
