Charming 3 bedroom 3 bath home with modern decor. Wonderful to have enough space for everyone.

Dry clean and detailed to make it comfortable. Quiet neighborhood- our family enjoyed the activity room and how spacious the entire house was. The additional studio was perfect for our loud teens playing video games! We will stay at this location again.

We thought the house was wonderful. On the post it needs to indicate that the upstairs is not 2 bedrooms. Also there were no hand towels, only 6 towels for 8 people, no extra toilet paper or trash bags. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and great location, we had a great stay

It was a great place to stay even though it lacked a few things. There were no kitchen dishcloths or towels. The right sink in the master bath was plugged and not draining well. Needs a little attention in these areas. Would be happy to stay there again.

We had and amazing time staying at this house. Hunter was very attentive, as a host. The house was very clean and in a great location. Would most definitely recommended this location to stay in if you visit northwest Arkansas.

My husband, three kids (13, 10 and 6), and my in-laws stayed here for a weekend just to get out of the city and give the kids and grandparents some time together. This home was the perfect set-up for us. The game room and basketball / pickleball court allowed us to get off the screens and play together without having to make plans, reservations, or drive anywhere. There were activities for all ages--6 to 78!The neighborhood was quite, and just 2 blocks from a grocery store and a wonderful ped/bike path that takes you the half mile into downtown. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, the farmers market, and a fantastic playground/spray park that the kids loved.The kids are already asking when we can come back and the in-laws said it was a wonderful trip.Also, our hosts were incredible responsive. Any time I had a question or need, they responded nearly immediately with a solution. I felt like they were committed to us having a great experience at their home.

This spot was perfect for our group of mountain bikers. Accommodated the six of us with plenty of space. We loved the large garage to store our bike and ample parking space. Lots of fun games to play, close ride to the Railyard and a short walk to downtown Rogers.

Great place to stay at. Wish it had been warmer during the time we stayed. Place has lots of things to do and very nice deck to enjoy when it’s nice outside. Host was extremely nice enough to mail me an item we left behind. Thanks a lot!!!

This property was exactly as described and more. My group of 7 adults had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This house was close to Springdale where we took the train to Van Buren and back to seee the fall foliage.

This place had everthing. The game room was a really fun experience especially with the kids. Location was great for our needs.

Wonderful house for my purpose. We are repeat renters and love it every time.

We were in Arkansas for a softball tournament. We shared the home with another family on the team! The space was perfect! The kids loved the pickleball court and the game room! Our stay got cut short due to a tornado coming through but would book this home again if we were in the area!
