The ground floor has two double bedrooms (140cm beds) and on the upper floor a dormitorywith one double bed (140cm bed) and two single beds (90cm beds) which thus allow accommodation for up to 8 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a mixed hob (ceramic and mains gas), an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter and bean-to-cup coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The lounge – dining room has WIFI connection. The fireplace is decorative and not available. Two separate WCs on the ground floor and upper floor, plus a complete bathroom complete the rental.

For maximum comfort you also have a washing machine and outdoor furniture (table, sun lounger and garden furniture). The garden is enclosed and three private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal.
