House with Pool near to Florida Beaches

8 long time friends, celebrating our bride to be!! The house was everything we needed and more for a low key chill weekend. We lounged in the amazing heated pool! Hung out on the amazing patio. The renters are amazing and very accessible. Totally recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay here... the house was everything it promised to be and the amenities were awesome! New and nice flat screens in every bedroom, brand new appliances, great pool and pool table... It was honestly perfect. We came down to florida to go fishing and needed someplace central as we would be both bass fishing in some inland lakes and deep sea fishing in the Atlantic. This area was great with proximity to the beach and easy navigation. The house was absolutely spotless... tons of kitchen gadgets to meals in and more towels and bathroom supplies than we knew what to do with. I absolutely recommend this place!

VRBO has been a staple in my family’s holidays over the last few years. We have loved using the service because we are guaranteed quality homes to rent. This year, we were a bit disappointed. I want to start with, this home was beautiful and very clean! Unfortunately there were several “Big Things” not at all communicated. To start, we rented this house specifically for the heated pool. Before arriving I asked explicitly if everything with the pool was good to go, or if I needed to do anything. I was told that everything was ready, so we (especially the kids) were anticipating being able to use it from start to finish. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The heat setting was not even turned on, so we weren’t able to enjoy for the first 2 days, that was a huge downer for the kids. The other big thing, is my husband and I stood outside trying to lock the house up for almost 30 minutes before I got a response, because proper instructions about the keypad having a shirt on it were not provided. The hot water heater I guess doesn’t work properly, because the breaker flipped, so we got Luke warm showers all week. There were very limited amenities provided (toilet paper, paper towels, 3 garbage bags, dishwasher detergent) which was only an issue because we were unaware that these things weren’t provided. Again, the home was clean and beautiful, and these may all seem like small inconveniences, but when you get the rare chance to be able to take a vacation, plan and pay for it, especially with children and family members with children, these things become big deals and disappointments. We ended up leaving a day and half early.
