Stayed Jun 28, 2025The property is nice, it needs proper furniture as the sofas legs(2) broke while my son was watching TV. The water shortage is serious, it’s a La Paz city wide problem, we ran out of water after 3days. I went to the pool area to shower but they refilled the water tank that day. The ceiling fans in the bedroom was too high to turn on and another bedroom fan was very wobbly. The remotes for the air conditioning were all in need of new batteries as we had to fiddle with them in order to get them to work. The kitchen is large and very nice. It is a nice property but 6 adults may be too much with the water situation. Our last stay was with 4 adults and one child and we never had any problems. The pool area is fantastic and we used it often. The roof patio is awesome but getting to it can be quite dangerous the way the steps were built as well as the stairs in the house. They look cool but are tricky with anyone with mobility issues or children

Stayed Apr 23, 2025Good impression but there were issues with the check-in process as it was not clear how to use the fob which was called a card incorrectly, although the host was fairly responsive. The biggest drawback of this property is the hot water situation. Even taking a military style shower, maximum of 2 1/2 minutes, there’s only enough hot water for one person at a time. Definitely would be beneficial to put in a decent sized tank for the water heater. If hot showers aren’t important to you. It’s a great spot. secondly, location can be misleading, you cannot walk or bicycle from this property. Anywhere, it is up on the top of the hill, which gives it a remarkable views but a car is necessary to get anywhere even the Malecon, which is only about 5 miles an away. Also, the layout of the house is a bit strange, doors opening up into doors, the master bed is basically on the floor, and the stairway is quite dangerous as the steps are all different widths and spiral around a corner, which makes it very difficult to navigate, especially if it’s dark. Security is nonexistent as we were waved right in without being checked at all. WIFI very spotty(but that could be a Mexico thing) The gym is really nonexistent, 2 treadmills and some dumbbells, but not a big deal unless that's your thing. Great perks like an ice maker, purified water supplied with a nice countertop dispenser (really appreciated). Another huge nuisance, which I read about before our trip, was the constant barking dogs. Stayed Mar 26, 2025The house is ideally located just 6 minutes from the Malecon in La Paz, providing easy access to nearby beaches or the chance to explore the surrounding area further. In other words, the location is fantastic! The house itself is very comfortable, with cozy beds, and I found the complex to be safe and peaceful. I rated it 4 stars due to a slight odor coming from the bathrooms, likely related to the sewer system, which seems to be a common issue in the area. This isn't a reflection on the hosts, who were excellent, but something worth mentioning for future guests.

Stayed Mar 26, 2024We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect. Close to the boardwalk with tons of restaurants but far enough out for peace and quite in the evening. The rooftop is great for sunset grilling and cocktails. The pool and rec room are also a fun bonus which we basically had to ourselves. Such a great spot for a relaxing and fun vacation!

Stayed Apr 10, 2023Great place, well appointed kitchen. Excellent development and nice views from roof top patio. Stairs to roof top are a bit tight so be comfortable with that. Other reviews have cited dogs barking in the neighborhood but thats all around town and really not a big deal. None in immediate proximity.

Stayed Mar 19, 2023Great residence to stay at, only one comment is the barking dogs at night, but not every night it seemed. Easy fix though, close the windows, turn on the fan and all good for a good nights sleep. Lastly we would book again there.

Stayed Dec 24, 2022The house was great! Spacious, well designed, and we loved that it had a security team and gate. The beds were very comfortable and the showers we nice. The rooftop offers beautiful sunsets and sunrises and has nice seating for relaxing. Would recommend this place to friends and family and stay again.
