House with garden by the sea in Pornic. Nearby beach.

Quiet position within easy walking distance of the coast path, beaches and a supermarket and bakery. The town and harbour is also within walking distance.Communication with Emmanuel was easy and he responded promptly to any questions and helpful with arrangements for arrival and departure.

The property was just as described and a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach. The house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The WiFi was a bonus after a couple of days too. English guest need to remember to bring towels and their own sheets. Emmanuel is a great host too. Pornic is just beautiful with plenty of places to eat and drink. Great fish restaurants and ice cream parlours. Lots going on too around the market and harbour. We will be back.

Lovely simple house with garden, 300 m from the beaches and within walking distance of the lovely centre of Pornic. The interior is a bit dated and some things might need a little repairing, but it is very clean and I think you get value for money.

We highly appreciated our stay at this nice little house near the beach and the centre of Pornic. The garden was perfect, with some trees that provided some shade.

Great location. House was in really good order with no issues. Basic but with everything needed. Was there for a holiday and the house was exactly right. Had a DVD player which as a Brit was valuable (everything in French....obviously). Great beach only 10 minutes walk away. The town is great but a little expensive.....top town though. Good for kids with a few local kids parks. The train to Nantes was great, which was well worth a day out. House was clean, comfortable and as expected. Good welcoming....great. Issues leaving with timings but entirely my fault. Will certainly stay again.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in this lovely townhouse. The location was perfect and very walkable to both the quay and the coastal walk . Lots of charm. There was a U grocery store a short walk away if you needed supplies. That is the only negative but I think this is for most European vacation rentals. You need to supply most everything, even the basics. For a fee you can get linen for the bed and one towel (per person). Not impressed with this detail but this seems to be the standard. There is also a cleaning fee if you don't want to do it yourself. The unit itself was lovely . Included a kitchenette ,table and chairs, living room, 3 sleeping areas, 2 bathrooms. The microwave was small but it was all we needed . Did not try the oven/stove and couldn't figure out the clothes washer ,as we do not speak or read French. We really enjoyed the back yard and the lawn furniture....luckily we had great weather. The owner was readily available via email prior to our arrival ... but with no wifi in the unit we had to find hot spots in town in order to communicate with him. Alexandra met us on our arrival but her English was as good as our French .She did her best to get us settled. This unit is inviting and has lots of charm. I would stay here again if we ever returned to Pornic. Thank you .....
