Gulf Stream is a renovated 130m² family home built in the traditional Nantes style spread over three levels with a garden and a 20m² terrace. It is located 400m from the beach, the Thalasso and the first restaurants and only 500m from the station and the centre of Pornic.

It has on the ground floor two double bedrooms and on the upper floor a dormitory bedroom under the roof with four single beds that can accommodate up to 8 people.



On the ground floor thereis a lounge – library with TV and WIFI access. Two double bedrooms (160cm beds), bathroom and complete WC complete this level. On the top floor there is a relaxation area for children with board games and video consoles, a bedroom (4 single beds of 90cm) and a bathroom with WC. The last level consists of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room with access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press, kitchen utensils and food processor. An independent WC and a third complete bathroom complete the rental. For maximum comfort you have a washing machine, three hair dryers, two fans, an ironing board and iron, a travel cot and outdoor furniture (table, shade sail and charcoal barbecue).



The property is ideally situated 400 metres from the Customs Officers' Coastal Path, as well as from the Blue Flag beach de la Source and is also close to the main points of interest
