The Shred Patio is a mixture of warm cabin vibes and modern home comfort. A private getaway located within 5km of the community of Rossland and 2km of Red Mountain. It can provide comfortable living for groups of up 11 people.
The Shredyard is set on a nicely forested north slope which bottoms out at Topping Creek. We welcome snowboarders, skiers, bikers, climbers, hikers, and all people who enjoy the outdoors.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024This was a large property able to sleep many guest, but yet you still had your own privacy. It was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking materials (pots, pans, bowls etc) that would accomodate a large group. It was 5 mins to the ski hill (as we were there for a ski race). The host was fantastic, easy to reach and answered all of our questions. The house was beautiful! We would stay here again

Stayed Feb 23, 2025Awesome build in an awesome spot. New, clean, tastefully finished, tons of room to store and dry winter gear, and incredibly convenient access to red mountain resort. Pat was very friendly and easy to work with as well.

Stayed Feb 2, 2025Fantastic stay all around. Owner was very responsive. The hose is beautiful. Everything was as advertised. Super convenient to RED Mountain Resort. Rossland downtown was very close. That was all we were looking for so I can’t really speak to anything else but would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025Me and a bunch of friends who are all students at WSU came here for a long weekend and it exceeded our expectations! Everything about the house was perfect and the location was amazing. Rossland is an awesome little community and I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip up to RED!!!
