Stayed Dec 9, 2025Kitchen: Lack of oven trays, existing one so dirty and smelly with burnt on food only fit for the bin. Oven and fan extraction needs a good clean. Oven did not get very hot, food took twice as long to cook. Bedrooms: Ceiling Light fitting in bedroom hanging off. No bedside lights. No curtains only vertical blinds not blackout which let a lot of street light lighting in and some are broken. Bathrooms: no hand wash in bathrooms. House: Trouble getting heating to work. Outside area: Hot tub in shed with broken door propped up inside and metal racking. Could put some fairy lights and hooks. Have to walk across the grass to get to hot tub, no path. Lights not working in the garden leading to the games room, need to use a torch to see where going. Broken shed window.Games room cold, only small oil filled radiator for large room.House could be great but lacks tlc.

Stayed May 2, 2025Games room and hot tub were great but ants nest in games room and door broken door on hot tub shed. Outside toilet broken, BBQ area was a mess but lots of outside space. Kitchen and dinning room were big and for the best part clean except hob and a tin full of cigarette ends outside back door. The bedrooms were clean but not much in the way of storage. Parking for 4 to 5 cars, unfortunately there was what looked to be weeks worth of rubbish in the driveway which wasn't the nicest greeting

Stayed Jan 10, 2025This was a great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The house is nice and big and well equipped. There were 13 of us all together and everyone had enough space without feeling like we were on top of each other.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house had majority of things we needed. However it could do with some TLC, doors to cupboards and wardrobes need re hinging. Great location for the races and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024The property was a good size with room for our party of 7 to spread out. Kitchen and dining facilities were good. We had some trouble with the heating system, which our host was responsive on. It would have been nice to use the games room but the pool cues and darts were all bent or broke, and it was altogether quite shabby.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Accommodation was spacious with everything one needed provided. The pool table room was very popular with the younger members of our party and the location to Bourton on the Water and other villlages was very convenient.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The outdoor space was amazing. As was the park just across the road. Kitchen was big and modern. Great gas hob to cook on. Beds very comfy. Plenty of entertainment space
