House With A Boat–Your Private Waterfront Resort

This was our second trip with house with a boat. We had a wonderful time and will return next year! Thank you for all the amenities and attentiveness.

The house was absolutely fantastic! Fully equipped and the welcome package, drinks snacks etc was extremely helpful. Fishing from the dock was fun and we caught lots of fish. We even got to see a dolphin a couple hundred feet away! My kids used the paddle boards and kayaks until we saw a gator, so be cautious. The boat was great also until the battery died on us and we couldn't use it anymore. The kid friendly games in the family room were fun as a night time activity. We swam in the pool everyday. My only 2 problems were the boat and we didn't have use of the grill the entire week as we were waiting for flavor bars and they never came. Otherwise it would have been 5 star hands down. One recommendation would be to label the light switches. There are a ton of switches and just couldn't figure out which ones did what. A second recommendation would be for a cookie sheet in the kitchen. Heating up leftovers in the oven was difficult without anything like thay. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

The house is beautiful,clean and comfortable. Having a pool and boat to use makes it even better. Communication with host before ,and during trip was excellent.we had a few questions and responded immediately. I would definitely recommend. And my dog was welcome also!

The property was well set up with lots of extras (stocked with snacks and beverages) making it feel welcoming and relaxing. Having the boat onsite and ready for use was such a time saver and eliminated the hassle of extra logistics renting a boat stored elsewhere, which gave us more time to enjoy our vacation. I would definitely stay at this property again or another owned by this host

Could have used a second TV in the second living room area.

The house was immaculate. The host was so accommodating! It was such a nice vacation having the pool and boat. Highly recommend renting from this host.

This house has everything you will ever need for a awesome vacation everything from the layout of the house Swimming Pool boats .it’s one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in They go over and beyond to make your stay the best all the necessities and extras for an awesome stay. Will be back!!!

We stayed here from May 1st through May 8th 2024 and had a great time! The best part of our vacation was swimming in the heated pool and using the pontoon boat, we went all over on the boat. Out of all the rentals we have done this experience is at the top of the list. The only recommendation I would have is if you plan on renting make sure you bring/have enough money for gas for the pontoon boat, it can get expensive, depending on how long or far you go on the boat. The house is located right on the channel and is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Also there is a bait shop (Franks) very close that has everything you need if you want to go fishing. I will definitely be booking another vacation here in the near future.

We had a wonderful family vacation at House with a boat. The house was perfect size for our family of 6. The pool and boat were great. Wish we would have had more time on the boat but the rain and weather kept us from going out. We would definitely rent again.

What a great week we spent in this home. Spacious, super clean, close to everything! The house was very accommodating with ALL the supplies one would need… soaps, shampoos, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, condiments, basic kitchen spices, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc. Comfortable beds and furniture were great too. The host provided us with everything we needed and were basically on standby for questions or needs. They even provided some much appreciated snacks and drinks. You won’t find better hosts anywhere! The full access to the boat was icing on the cake. We used it several times enjoying the harbor and nearby beach park, perfect for small children. Don’t pass up on this rental. We will definitely be back when visiting the area!!!
