Stayed Apr 18, 2026Home was clean and better equipped than any other vacation rental that we've stayed. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making sure that guests had everything they needed for the stay. The beer, wine, seltzer, soda and snacks were a nice touch!

Stayed Mar 21, 2026The house was very clean and is well stocked with pretty much anything you will need for an enjoyable experience. It is updated and has a nice open floor plan. Bedrooms are spacious. Water pressure in the showers is perfect. The pool was clean and we did use the heater because it was just a bit too chilly being March. We're boaters so that was the reason we chose this particular house. The pontoon boat was nothing fancy but great for our family of 4. We did a lot of exploring in the harbor all week and found several beautiful spots. We did a bit of fishing as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very nice. Dan and Elena were very responsive when we reached out to them. The tv outside stopped working and Dan interrupted his day to bring out a working tv so we could watch the Phillies opener! They were fantastic! We would definitely recommend especially if you enjoy getting out on the water!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Our family of 10 included 7 adults, one teen and two children. The house was perfect for us. We never felt crowded. The pool and boat were great as well! We appreciated the drinks and snacks being available when we arrived. It’s nice and peaceful on the canal and offers beautiful sunsets. We’re looking forward to returning!

Stayed May 17, 2025My family and I enjoyed this home very much. It was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults and my small dog without being crowded. Every bedroom has its own TV and a TV outside by the pool. There are 2 living areas with TVs as well. The property is located on a canal with easy access to deeper water for fishing and boating. Beaches are a short drive or boat ride away for those who want to go to the beach. No need to rent a boat since a boat is included in the cost of the stay at the home. That makes it easy to enjoy time on the water without having to find a place to put a boat in the water and take it out. We will rent from House With A Boat again.

Stayed Mar 3, 2025Just back from a relaxing, fun stay at House With A Boat. Never stayed at a more well stocked vacation home! Beautifully decorated with layout that comfortably let us entertain 9 people. Loved having a personal pool and pontoon for our entire stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Punta Gorda is a fun pontoon ride across Alligator Bay to TT’s Tiki Bar or Fisherman’s Village. Many dolphin sightings too. Thanks for a wonderful time with our family!
