House With A Boat - Boat, Heated Pool, Fishing

Booked for the week before and the week after our son's wedding. Had some great small touches that made us feel very welcomed and only had a couple very minor issues that we received timely responses on via text. Plenty of space, wifi was great and we really liked having the boat to use. Would stay again!

Honest review of good and bad:The good: It comes fully stocked with beer, wine, soda and snacks. The pool is small but was heated and clean. It comes fully furnished with soap, shampoo, towels. The house has been remodeled inside and is decorated nicely. It was also very clean inside. The not so good: The boat pictured in the ad is not the boat that comes with the house. It is a 23ft pontoon with 150hp as advertised but it’s a much older model that is well worn with moldy sun beaten seats. We used it and it ran fine but during our stay it popped a maintenance error on the dash. We messaged the boat manager asking if it’s still ok to use but we got no response. It was a bit unnerving to take an old boat like this out on the water with an error message on the screen. The other photos of the house are from some time ago as everything outdoor is well worn compared to what the photos show. The green chairs around the pool are covered in mold, nobody wanted to sit in them. The padded chairs on the deck outside are shredded to pieces from sun damage. Nobody wanted to sit in those for fear of falling through. The boat dock is made of old wood boards with several nails sticking up. One of our kids cut his foot on a nail. One of our other kids cut his foot on a broken pool deck tile. The house next door is also a a rental and is setup as a party house. We saw 3 different parties there during our week and they partied loud late into the night.Update the photos or the house.

House was large and had plenty of room. Host offered a lot of nice little touches, including snacks and beverages. Everything was supplied well and kitchen was well stocked. Use the boat for over 15 hours. Took a great ride down to Sanibel Island beaches. Lots of fun.

We were greeted with cold drinks and snacks.

Everything was wonderful. We appreciate the hosts willing to get us in a different place when the original.ine got flooded. Great people to work with

This house was equipped with everything that my family needed!! Snacks,beer ,wine and delicious coffee was a very nice touch as well!! But the best part was pontoon boat! We’ve had a lot of fun every day! Definitely going back!

Super comfortable place with lots of room and plenty of amenities to enjoy! Our family had a great time! From TVs just about every room to the kitchen being supplied with more than anyone would expect, the house did not disappoint. Great stay!! Thank you guys!!

The house and boat were as advertised. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of room for our group of nine. The best feature was the large deck right beside the canal, just a few steps from the pool. Our group spent a lot of time just relaxing and socializing on the deck. Not sure what we would have done without it.

The house and our stay was wonderful. Our hosts were very thoughtful and left us with a fridge stocked cold beverages, gourmet coffees and snacks. The house was very comfortable and we loved the pool. Took the boat on the canals and river a few times which was quite fun! We will definitely try to rebook this home if we’re coming to Cape Coral/Fort Myers area again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible home for a family vacation, and I can't rave enough about our fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the access to the boat and the heated pool. The boat provided us with endless hours of fun and exploration and the convenience of having it at the house made spontaneous outings a breeze. Kids had a lot of fun fishing and we even grilled our catch for dinner! The home itself was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Already planning our next stay!
