Stayed Jul 13, 2025What a great week we had with House with a boat. The house had everything we needed and more. Cool, comfortable, plenty of room and a refreshing pool. Nice BBQ for grilling and the boat was incredible. I would recommend House with a Boat for families looking to have a stress free experience from booking to boat orientation and check out. We will be booking another trip in the near future.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Hosts were very accommodating for our group. We had two babies requiring cribs and high chairs. They made sure we had everything we needed. They provide education on how to operate the boat/lift along with some guidance on where to go within the channels and the bay. I’ve stayed in several rental homes and this was the best stocked by far. They even went so far as to have cold beverages in the fridge and snacks out when we checked in.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025We loved our stay at House with a boat! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked with snacks and drinks. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great. The boat was amazing, we had a blast exploring the nearby islands and beaches.

Stayed Feb 2, 2025Wee really enjoyed our stay. The house was supplied with all the basic needs,was very clean and as described.pool was cold when we got there but was taken care of promptly. Had some.motor issues that where taken care also. The team at House with a boat is excellent. Would recommend staying with them.

Stayed Dec 8, 2024Really enjoyed our stay at House with a boat! Have never rented a house that was so fully stocked with almost anything you could think of, including snacks and beverages! Had a a couple issues with the boat, but these were quickly rectified. All in all a great week.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided including snacks and beverages! The house has a perfect set up for 3 families with small children. The pool was great. Loved heading over to Fisherman’s Village on the boat and doing a little fishing. A great place to stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the trip to Port Charlotte with House with a Boat. They had everything we needed a more. The boat was an added bonus. Communication was good and response time was fast. We brought our 4 kids and they all stayed busy with all the activities the house had to offer. We would definitely stay again.
