Villa V4 has capacity for up to 15 people (12 people + 3 extra people). It has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, equipped kitchen and dining room with cable tv, separate living room with cable TV, a social bathroom and bathtub terrace overlooking the pool. Maximum quality of the interiors: ex. Thermal double-glazed and soundproof windows, electric shutters.
Includes bed linen and towels forall people.

Villa V3 has a capacity of up to 10 people (10 people). It has 3 bedrooms with private bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room with cable TV, 1 social bathroom and terrace overlooking the pool.
Includes bed linen and towels for all people.

The two villas can be rented separately (common spaces are shared with the people in the other villa) or together (all common spaces are exclusive), thus obtaining greater privacy and especially the exclusivity of the entire accommodation.

Summary of both Villas: 9 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms, with a total capacity of 22 to 25 people.

Common spaces feature a 10mx5m saltwater pool (heated in winter, 1 Oct. A 1 mai.), With full coverage on colder days, which allows the use throughout the year. health service and wellness in our spa jacuzzi (optional paid), free games room (200m2), snooker, air table, table football, ping pong table, golf table. For the little ones we have a snooker, play house, writing / drawing board. Each Villa has a charcoal barbecue. Free parking inside the property.

The owner lives in another house within the property of Casas da Vila, to help customers in any situation, as well as the maintenance of equipment and cleaning of leisure areas.
