Challenge each other in the game room, roast s’mores by the firepit, or stroll downtown to explore shops, restaurants, and Lake Michigan beaches. Sleeps up to 16 guests across both units.

⚠️ Stairs are required to reach all units. The game room stairs are steep. Guests with mobility concerns may prefer the main floor.

--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.
--No pets, parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
-- No smoking inside or within 50 ft (violations = $300 cleaning fee)
--Train tracks nearby: Michigan City is a “quiet zone,” but you may hear crossing bells. Sound machines provided.
--Historic home (100+ years old) with unique quirks: steep stairs, funky bathroom layouts, limited kitchen counter space
--Shared walls between units = possible guest noise transfer

Neighborhood is eclectic & transitional – safe but mixed; police station less than 1 mile away


⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
--Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
--Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work!
--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.
--Michigan City operates on Central Standard Time (CST).


️ Booking Requirements
We’re excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that:
--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--A $500 damage deposit is required. This is returned after checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.


Rental Agreement
After booking, first-time guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement that reflects the house rules and booking details shown on this listing. Information provided is used solely to coordinate maintenance or schedule adjustments during your stay. This information is kept strictly within our team and is never shared externally.


Discounts & Policies
--Moderate cancellation policy (flexible if dates are rebooked).
--Returning guests and longer stays may qualify for discounts (message us before booking!).
