Stayed Jul 13, 2024The first available place is Porto St. Stefano is although 11 km. it is 22-23 minutes driving on very dangerous curving road stripped by abysses. Distance from the sea: approx 390 meters, very steeped. Air condition only in one room, sherd building, it is not possible to let the cold elsewhere. No wifi phone sigh is weak you can't create mobil net. Owner only speak Italian. Many thanks to Celice, the manger at the pool, ho help me with translation and in everything.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Host is fantastic (Franco) and the apartment has eveything. AC, dishwasher, laundry machine etc.... Aparment very close to the beach (5 min waliking distance)

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Beautiful spot surrounded by nature - tall pine trees, sea breeze, and great sunsets. My favorite spot was the hammock by the garden terrace. Great place for families, our kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. We had excellent meals at the beach bar and many happy hours swimming. Bring a snorkel and swim shoes for sure. It was so nice we didn’t leave the compound more than once in a week. Would recommend spray and coils for mosquitos in the summer for eating outside at sunset.

Stayed Jun 29, 2019The house is in a gated community which makes it very peaceful. The intereior is very modern , the house is clean and well equipped. From the terrass you have a beautiful view over the ocean and it is perfect for your breakfast, evening Aperol or dinner, why not grilled fish with a bottle of Maremma wine! The beaches in the area are stony, the upside is that the water is crystal clear. The owner is a very nice man showing you how everything works and where to find beautiful spots within the community. He also has a lovely granddaughter who helped us to translate between Italian and English.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fantastic time there. A kitchen is well equipped, a garden is lovely, the owner is very friendly. We recommend this house for everyone, especially for families.
