House / Villa - Île de Ré

Very nice stay - exactly what we expected from the website. Hot water at all times, very comfortable and a garden that got the sun from morning until early evening. Very good

Beautiful house in the heart of the Bois-Plage-en-Ré. Everything was perfect for my 12th trip on the island. Our host, Claire, was very nice, on time for check-in. I recommend.

House was spacious, cool and well equipped. Short walk to town centre cafes and market, two lovely beaches in easy walking distance. Good house in a great location.

Brilliant location and great amenities for the stay.

We had a great time at Jean Pierre's house in Le Bois Plage. Earlier reviews were very good and we completely agree. The location is excellent only a 5 minute walk from the main square and a 10 minute walk from the beach. The facilities were great and we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was beautiful, very well kept and clean. The main bedroom was very spacious and had a lovely view of the pretty courtyard below. The kids loved their bunk beds too. The kitchen though compact had everything you would need and the living area was roomy and comfortable. The garden in the courtyard was beautiful and a lovely place to have dinner al fresco. The supermarket was only a few mins walk away which was very handy and there's a great market every morning just a short walk away. The beach is a little further, about 10 mins but it's very sandy if a little rocky in spots. That said the island has lots of gorgeous beaches to enjoy. We hired bikes the second week, which was a highlight as you get to explore the island and the kids had a ball. Would recommend.

This holiday home turned out to be simply the perfect choice for us to spend one week in this beautiful and amazing island. We couldn't recommend it highly enough. The house was immaculate clean upon our arrival and the minute we stepped in we realised that the house was even prettier than the photos showed. The living/dining room is really spacious and nice decorated and the cozy master bedroom faces a picturesque rear courtyard/garden.. It really is a less than 5 minute walk to the centre of the village or to the beach, depending where you want to go. Nice restaurants, cafes and even the local market are at a stone's throw. A few meters away from the house there is a nice tiny square with a few good parking spaces that are really handy although bikes are a must for a stay on the island. Fantastic property, friendly and helpful owners and great location. Can´t wait to return!.
