Stayed Sep 2, 2017We had an excellent reception by the owner who gave us a friendly show-around and left us with Breton cakes,pancakes and cider to enjoy - a very welcome touch. The house is very well equipped with books, toys, DVDs and a huge array of kitchen equipment (even an oyster knife) so that you could make full use of local market produce. Unlike many properties where the owner takes any left-over items and you have to buy new bottles of everything, there were a lot of cleaning materials and several household items such as salt, pepper and spices left for general use and which were appreciated. The house is very clean and everything worked well: plumbing, lots of hot water, comfortable bed and comfortable sofa. There is a very nice, sunny patio with a range of chairs and a barbecue and this small house is within very easy reach of the beach and has its own private parking place by the front door. This is our third stay in Larmor Plage so we know the area well and there is lots to do and see and some lovely walks along the coast. We stayed as a couple but there is another children's bedroom which could take a third adult and there is easily enough space for a comfortable stay. We liked the fact that it is a 2 storey property rather than a flat. It was even better than we expected from the description and we thoroughly recommend this house
