Beautiful single family beach house located in highly desirable South Mission Beach, just steps to the Ocean, bay, and walking distance to dining & attractions at Belmont Park. Featured highlights include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, convenient single level, parking for 3 vehicles, exclusive fenced front patio with built-in bbq, sleeping arrangements for 8 guests (6 adults max), A/C, and dog friendly (unfortunatelyno cats).

INTERIOR
Wonderful single family house with no one above or below you. Situated on one level, an ideal setup for elderly, handicap, & younger children. The interior features large rooms, updated kitchen that is fully equipped, travertine flooring, dual pane windows, new wood flooring in bedrooms, and vaulted ceilings. There are 3 full bedrooms, each with their own closet (see “Sleeping Arrangements” below for further detail), + 2 full bathrooms each with a surround shower (master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom).

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    This was one of the cleanest, most well-stocked vacation homes I’ve ever stayed at. On top of that the location was incredible, so close to beach and boardwalk, restaurants, amusement rides. The house was in a neighborhood of funky cute well-kept homes and we had not one safety or noise concern. Management company was super responsive and helpful. This is the only place I want to stay in Mission Beach.

    We really enjoyed this rental, and appreciated amenities like a refrigerator with an ice maker, comfortable beds and strong water pressure. There was an abundance of flies that made sitting outside on the nice patio less pleasant and it would have been great to have more counter space in the bathrooms.

    We've stayed here before and it continues to amaze. The house is clean. The location is perfect. We have a toddler in our group so the fact that it's one story is perfect for us. We'll be back again.

    Everything was great from the easy check in to the easy check out. The place was spotless and everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked and organized. Bonus for the separate a/c in each room, everyone could tailor their room to their desired temperature. Easy access to the beach and Belmont Park.

    Nice 3-bedroom single-story home (NO stairs). Very fitting for guests of 8 or fewer. We stayed 5 days with no issues to speak of. The only thing that may be a challenge is parking for large SUVs. Location is great and within walking distance to everything. Would stay here again.

    4 generations of our family gathered at this perfect home and We had a wonderful time. So convenient to everything and layout was perfect for those with limited mobility. Our 3rd year at this location and we love it. Everything was there for our first night and made us comfortable immediately as we were travel weary. Thanks to cleaning crew for the inviting, clean house when we arrived. Only suggestion would be a few more spoons.?

    This was the perfect location. Close enough to the beach (5 houses away) but didn't have the beach traffic. 2 parking spots is huge in this area. Close to Belmont Park and lots of restaurants. People watching is awesome here as well. The shower is incredible..I'm all about good water pressure.

    We loved this home! It was clean close to everything we needed. We did a family trip 6 of us and our dog. We had plenty of space and the beds were comfy. Easy beach access and SUV parking was a huge plus. We’re already planning our next stay.

    One story house. No stairs to deal with. In a great location. Walking distance to a pizza place,Mexican restaurant, small grocery store,liquor store,coffee shop, and 2 bars. One block down. The one issue is it says it sleeps 8. The only was is if it’s little kids. Two people can’t sleep on it. There’s also a bar in the middle. My grandson, 17 was miserable on it. The couch is very uncomfortable.

    Just south of Belmont Park, this location on South Mission is perfect. The house is well kept and well appointed. There is an AC in each bedroom along with the great room. The bathrooms were immaculate. Powerful BBQ was awesome for grilling. A few beach chairs were provided along with a boogie board. We were a party of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) and felt that there was just enough room and never felt crowded. A few tips: 1. The parking space is good for just one full size pick up truck parked parallel to the house. It can accommodate a Tundra at 19 feet and the spot was 24 feet. So Excursions, Suburbans, Tahoe's will fit - but just one vehicle 2. It was much easier in a truck to turn right (west) on San Fernando Place and then come down (east) to the house for parking 3. Parking is at the rear of the house, not the front 4. The house is about a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach and was very safe 5. There is an exterior hose for washing off on the side of the house

    It was nice and clean and very comfortable. Great location to both the ocean and bay. We had 3 cars and they all fit at the house.
