Rent, entire house 140 m2, private heated pool, Nantes. (7 people max, children included), without opposite, exposed in the South-West.
Near the city center (10 minutes by tram), and 5 minutes from the ring road (10 minutes from the train station), in private residential subdivision, very quiet, and not overlooked, fully equipped house, very bright and recently renovated ( south-west facing), swimming pool, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 queen size bed, 1 single bed), 1 bathroom, 2 toilets,kitchen open to fully equipped dining room (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) linen, dryer, coffee maker, dishes ...), and lounge overlooking swimming pool (flat screen TV 151 cm with canal +, very high speed wifi), barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, ping pong table.
Requiring cleanliness, cleaning is done on arrival, also beds (duvet cover, pillows, mattress protector), towels provided (1 per person).
Family home (that I occupy the rest of the year), very quiet environment, no parties or parties (ideal family).
To note, very large raised park next to, with games children, football fields, hand, basket, free tennis, walks (balloons available).

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely home. Our host Olivier was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. He showed us around his home and explained everything to us. The house was really comfortable with everything that you would need. The pool was lovely and very much appreciated in the heat!!. The area is really quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to recommend this property . We had a wonderful time.
