House plus Guest House...*5BD/4BA!* Heated Pool and Hot Tub..minutes to beaches

The house was extremely spacious and exactly what we needed for our family. The living area, especially nice with leather couches and a lounge chair and small clusters of dining as well as a dining table. I haven’t found many homes that provides so many supplies as they do: two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; shampoo, body wash, hand soap; dish soap, and dishwasher soap; laundry detergent, and bounce. Starter for the Keurig coffee, and Maxwell house large container for the regular pot.I had read one review that there were no sidewalks, however, Riverview, where the house faces has a sidewalk all along across the street, as well as beginning east of the house on the other side. There is a park a couple blocks east and a couple blocks south of that main drag which has playground and lots of space to walk a dog and dispose of waste.We were in the master bedroom, which is right off the living area, and it is very spacious. The other king-size bedroom and the one with bunkbeds are in a hallway away from the living area so they are not near morning Kitchen sounds. We put my son-in-law and his adult son in the cottage as they both tend to snore. They were comfortable and so were we.It is where to find a house with such abundance, space and very near civilization! We were in town visiting my grand niece and nephew live in Parrish. We went to zoo Tampa with them and it was one of the nicest zoos I have visited.

This house was perfect for groups! We stayed here for a long weekend with soccer friends and family. The layout of the house was perfect to make it not feel cramped with 13 people there. Plenty of seating space and sleeping space. The bedrooms are huge!The host, Karen, is so sweet and was very easy to answer a question we had about the pool while we were there. If we have another soccer weekend there, we will definitely be staying here again!

This home worked well for our family reunion/vacation. We had 8 adults and 10 grandchildren in our party. There was plenty of interior space for gathering for meals and games. The pool was a hit with the kids. Local worked well for activities and locations we wanted to go to. I would definitely book the house again.

We had a last minute job in Palmetto and the home was close to job site and had plenty of room for the team of 8. I would recommend to any large group looking for a quiet place to stay with plenty of room.

My daughter plays soccer for Girls Academy and we turned this into a family vacation with all 16 of us. IMG was only 13 minutes away! The house was very clean, spacious, and the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. There was fast food restaurants within minutes for the little kids and Publix and Walgreens were really close by as well. We had a fantastic stay and it turned out to be a very memorable vacation!

This home is the perfect smaller team accommodation when playing at IMG. You are less than 20 minutes from the fields (from the property take 43rd street west right to the gates of IMG). Our group of (12) 17-18yo Girls Academy players and (4) adults had a blast. The ability to make your own meals onsite is a huge cost saving for traveling teams. Karen is an incredibly accessible hostess.

This was a great property to rent. Very clean and comfortable for 10 people. Grandkids loved the pool. The layout of the house was perfect for doing things together as a family or do things on your own. We would definitely rent again!
