House on Ocean View Blvd sits on Pacific Grove Coastal Trail

We had a fantastic stay. Great location. Great view of the ocean and well stocked kitchen. Lots of books, games and activities to keep the kids entertained. We didn’t need to use it since the otters, seals and ocean provided all the entertainment they needed.

The house had everything we needed! Easy to walk anywhere. Loved looking out the window at the ocean.

We have rented this house multiple times and it is always, always a wonderful stay. This house is perfectly maintained and has glorious views. We hope to be back soon.

The home was super clean and cozy. Everything was labeled and easy to find. There weren’t any confusing instructions or to-dos. The master bed was insanely comfortable. You can see the ocean from most of the house and there’s stores/places to eat nearby. Lots of charming books available and board games. Marci was so kind and responsive.

We appreciated how well the home is set up as a VRBO. The owner does not shy away from having all the amenities you would expect in your own home.

What a lovely location and well appointed house. It was perfect! My grandsons 3 and 4 yrs old said they loved the house. It was stocked with games, toys and located directly across the street from the beach. My dad 81 yrs old enjoyed it being senior friendly. Views were incredible and we watched the sealife from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room. We were in town celebrating my mothers 3 celabration of life by catamaran. Thank you, Fred and Mary

Well equiped kitchen. Breath taking panoramic views. Minutes from the aquaurium and Cannery Row. Would definately book again.

Great location. Saw dolphins, seals, birds cavorting, easy walk to aquarium, Starbucks, andronicos.

Great location, walking distance to Aquarium and so many restaurants and shops. Open concept in the house with huge windows made it so comfortable and the view was stunning! Marci was so receptive and provides every amenity imaginable! We had a glorious visit, thank you Marci!

Best spot in Pacific Grove!!

Perfect house for the Fab Five Beach Bunnies. Love the ocean view and central location to all the activities in Pacific Grove and Monterey. Kitchen well stocked for cooking meals. Comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. Our third year in a row to stay here. Planning to book next summer.

The location could not be better. We were able to walk to everything we wanted. Loved having the ocean view from our windows. The back patio was lovely to sit outside. The only draw backs were the couches were very broken down. We used bedroom pillows to sit on so you didn't sink in. Also the only place to hang clothes is either in the master bedroom or the laundry area. The other 2 bedrooms do not have anywhere to hang anything. But otherwise it was amazing. The house was great. Loved the big bedrooms, the kitchen, dinning area and living room were all spacious and very comfortable. The host was so nice, accommodating, friendly, easy to reach. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the couch and lack of clothes hanging. Otherwise it was perfect.

Location,Location,Location! Plus, wonderful host you never had to wonder where anything was everything is labeled. The view is just beautiful. The house was very clean.

Our 4th stay here. Always a delightful retreat. Great for having family and friends over to enjoy the view and all the area has to offer.Owner is awesome!!! Never interfers but always responds quickly if I have questions.

The comforts of home with views to die for

4 Senior Ladies on a sister getaway. Stayed M-F April 21-25, 2025. The house was MORE than I had expected. The living room view windows both directions were wonderful to just sit in front of and take in the ocean. We did the aquarium (about 3-4 block walk), cannery row (especially lunch each day) which is right next to the aquarium, the 17 mile drive and lots of time at the house (it was cold and damp outside). Watched FOREST GUMP in the living room after eating at the Forest Gump Fish House in Cannery Row. I had never seen it. Great TVs and streaming.Check out the Surrey bike rentals one block up from the cannery row Girardhelli ice cream shop. You can ride with as many as 4 adults and 2 small kids on one bike for about 50/hour. The path is wonderful all the way from Lover's Point to Fisherman's Wharf, away from all traffic. We saw many go by the house each day. This house is soooooooo well equipped with everything from baby supplies to beach supplies to extra linens to a fabulously stocked kitchen. Great for families, adults only (like us) and even 3 couples. 2 King beds and one queen. The master and the queen both face the ocean and have the same fabulous ocean views.Marci is immediate with her communications and has a spectacular house to rent. Anyone who stays there is very blessed that it is available to rent.

Enjoyed this property very much. View is spectacular. House is well furnished and clean. Easy to contact property manager and she is quick to respond. Location is great for walking to the aquarium, cannery row and into pacific grove. We had a great time and would rent this place again on our next trip.

The house is very clean and well-equipped with everything you could need. There are plenty of extra towels and blankets.There is a good selection pots, pans, dishes, kitchen utensils and a variety of spices, condiments, and oil.Every cabinet, drawer, closet, switch is clearly labeled.Simple and easy thermostat and tv remotes.There are extra towels and blankets.The beds are comfortable with nice sheets and quilts.There are reading lamps and end tables next to the seating in the living room. Surprisingly, some vacation rentals don’t have these.It was so nice to find champagne, cheese and crackers left for us for our first evening.

This home exceeded our expectations. It was charming, comfortable and had all the necessities we needed for our Presidents' day Weekend getaway. And let's not forget the awesome views!

This was the perfect home for our wonderful and relaxing family Christmas. The home was so comfortable and beautiful. This VRBO was so well equipped, everything we could have needed was there (and more). We played games, put together puzzles, etc. The location was fabulous as we were able to walk the beach each morning & evening and walk to town for dinner. We would stay here again!

Great views, comfortable stay, highly recommended. Very quiet, even though it’s on the main road. We plan to come back.

This house is so open and comfortable. The view from both big living room windows is amazing! It is walkable to both Cannery Row and Lovers Point. Well maintained and stocked with everything you need! Highly recommend!

Our stay was everything we expected and more. The home was in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and driving distance for day trips. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I absolutely loved my daily walks through Cannery Row and the walking trial in the opposite direction. I hope to stay there again. Zero complaints, absolutely loved it!

This is the second year we have stayed in this home. Our group loves this location. We plan to be back next year.
