Stayed Mar 24, 2026House is perfectly situated with easy access to beaches, downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle and Longboat Key! VERY clean and very nicely decorated. Open floor plan, full kitchen, W/D, Smart TV's. Communication with owners was always quick and professional. GREAT VALUE!!

Stayed Dec 4, 2024The house is in a great location for overall stay in Sarasota downtown. It has a great set-up for entertaining and handled my family event with 14 guests with no issues. My only concern was the beds (2 doubles) were not comfortable. I would stay there again if the beds are upgraded.
