Two comfortable guest rooms offer restful nights' sleep, each with a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom shared in between.

One room has a queen bed while the other has a bunk bed perfect for kids, and an extra living room with access to the ground floor deck.

Covered boat dock, slips, fishing pier, and cleaning station make this a fisherman's paradise.

Let your furry friend enjoy the partially fenced backyard while you relax on the ample outdoor seating and soak in the stunning waterfront views. (Please be advised this is a partial fence meaning that the sides are fenced from neighboring properties but the canal is not, please supervise kids and pets around the pool & canal.)

Ample parking is available with a circular drive that can accommodate up to 8 vehicles, a boat trailer, and two carports.|

️ Beach chair and umbrella Service is available at this location (fees apply and seasonal). For a cheaper option, Gulf Coast Rental Company delivers chairs, umbrella, cooler & beach cart. Contact info for both will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

You must be 25 years of age to book house. ID must match name on rental agreement.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
House comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.

- Bar of soap per bathroom
- One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
- One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
- Make-up removers per bathroom
- Single sized dish liquid

- This condo is dog-friendly, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.
- There's a partially fenced backyard for them to enjoy!
- PLEASE NOTE: the backyard sides are fenced from neighboring properties but the canal is not
- Please supervise kids and pets around the pool & canal.
There are 2 carports and a circular drive that can accommodate up to 8 vehicles and a boat trailer.
There are two blue trash bins for your use. Trash pick-up is on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Please ensure the bins are rolled to the end of the drive on pick-up days.

Cotton Bayou Beach is a public beach access point located less than a mile west of many Cotton Bayou rentals. The white sand beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles, or simply relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves.

Fishing:
Cotton Bayou is a great spot for fishing. You can cast a line from your own dock . You can also go on a guided fishing charter trip.

Kayaking and paddleboarding:
The calm waters of Cotton Bayou are perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. You can rent kayaks and paddleboards from a nearby outfitter, or some rental properties may even have them included.

Birdwatching:
The area around Cotton Bayou is home to a variety of birds, making it a great spot for birdwatching. You can see herons, egrets, pelicans, and many other species.

The Wharf:
The Wharf in Orange Beach is a popular entertainment complex with shops, restaurants, a marina, a Ferris wheel, and a multiplex movie theater.
