House of Windows 283: Near ocean, shared outdoor pool

The property pictures needs to be updated BADLY. The outside bar and grill looks NOTHING like its being presented. Bar stools rusted badly the wood is rotting badly and grass wasn't maintained. Inside paint peeling on the walls in bathroom and toilet handles broken and bathroom sinks flooding. Outside deck furniture needs replaced and the wood rotting.

Great house for a family of 4. House is a little older and could use some minor improvements but nothing that would effect your stay. Great location near the Food Lion and other Avon locations, plus has access to large Vacasa pool. Fully equipped for whatever you would need. Can't go wrong with this house.

The living space is all on one level so you can save your energy to climb to the rooftop deck!

Quiet location has everything you need to enjoy your trip. Nice out side seating and bar.

We have rented from Vacasa in the past and had positive experiences. However, this home was not very clean, and there were multiple things broken. I guess the name speaks for itself but very bright place so hard to get dark for kids to sleep. Lots of safety hazards for kids- exposed outlets, hanging power cords, exterior doors that open easily, hanging blind cords, no lock on the stove, etc. In Vacasa's defense they did check in with us the night we arrived and offered to come out and clean. On the bright side the kitchen was nice and appliances were updated. Lots of natural light. Close to groceries, restaurant, beach access.

The House of Windows didn’t disappoint, as the property has an open floor plan with plenty of space, nestled a short walk away from the beach. The home was great, and the outdoor bar on the ground level is a nice touch! Highly recommend this property if you value your privacy and are looking for a nice home to spend with your family for the week.

Really enjoyed staying at House of Windows. Great location and offered everything you need. Beach access is fairly easy if you don’t mind walking. If not, plenty of other places you can drive to for the day. The shared pool is a very short distance and quite nice. Plenty of dining options and even a convenient store next door that is easily walkable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Vacasa!
