House of Views Getaway

We had a great stay at this rental. Everything was exactly as described. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view is very nice.There is a cabin being built in front of the property, but there was no noise or activity during our stay.Getting to the property is easy. The roads are paved the entire way, including the driveway. The driveway is a little steep but not difficult. GPS worked fine for us.Inside, the cabin is well furnished with quality furniture (not cheap or basic). The beds are comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were clean and worked well. Our teens really enjoyed the game room and pool table.One thing to note—the property manager provides trash pickup, so you don’t need to take trash anywhere. They may come by unannounced, so don’t be surprised if someone drives up during your stay.We didn’t have any real complaints. The kitchen is a bit small, as others have mentioned, but it was fine. There is also a neighbor with outdoor dogs that bark occasionally, but it didn’t affect our sleep or overall experience. We also saw quite a few ladybugs, specially by the sliding glass doors, which seems common for cabins, and they didn’t bother us. Some were dead and others we rescued.The location is great. Downtown Blue Ridge is nice and close by, and we also took easy day trips to Chattanooga, Tennessee and Helen, Georgia—both about an hour away.Overall, this is a very nice rental property and we would recommend it.

Everything was clean and neat, the beds were comfortable, the entire home is beautifully updated and the views are wonderful! We had a great time.

Wonderful house for vacation!

Best place we’ve stayed at near Blue Ridge. Very clean and the views are incredible. 5 minutes from Mercier Orchards and 10 minutes to town.

Views from the living room are amazing!

We had a blast! There were 4 in our party and 2 were on the 3rd floor, 1 on the middle floor and 1 on the bottom floor. Kitchen is small and I had a hard time backing out of the driveway from the carport in my truck. Otherwise, the place was great!

My 4 siblings and I had the most wonderful weekend at this property. The home is beautiful, the views stunning and the thoughtful touches throughout the house were appreciated. It was near to many local area attractions. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

This property will take your breath away. Both with amenities and comfort and the view is just breathtaking. In all my times renting cabins in mountain regions that was completely unobstructed view. You wake up to hills covered with morning fog and see as all the mountains open up with the sun. We enjoyed home movie theater, jacuzzi on a deck, firepit and sauna and more. This house has everything to make you not want to leave it at all.

Started out amazing. House was as beautiful as advertised. 1st night upstairs A/C stopped blowing cold! Had to call Vacasa on morning of July 4th for AC issue. What are the chances this is getting fixed on a holiday!? Within 2 hours Vacasa had a person there to diagnose that it wasn’t an easy fix. I was assured “something” will happen before end of day with several options. In another 2 hours they somehow had an A/C company there and completed the repair in one hour! Very impressed! Now to the rest… While enjoying the hot tub, a deer would visit a few times each day and feed in the back yard! You could also come out the bedroom balcony and watch her as she fed without getting spooked away, like she was a paid actor! House was super clean and interior seems very new. A problem you will have is trying to decide where to drink your morning coffee as there is so many seating and viewing areas to decide from. Fire pit area is just as nice as the pictures as well. We had a fire going and was able to see firework displays all over the valley from the fire pit area. Neighbor has several dogs which you will hear at times but nothing problematic. House location is so convenient between Blue Ridge and Mccaysville. Also close to whitewater rafting as well. Cascading whirlpool bathtub in Master bedroom is amazing. Family loved the Sauna!!! The pool table and downstairs entertainment was great! We have rented places in the area for the last 5 years and this place was by far the nicest! Our phones were ATT and had plenty of signal so the spotty WiFi was not a problem to us except when the kids tried to watch movies through WiFi. Seating for 6 on the deck for dinner, or inside seating for 6 for dinner as well! Grill worked great and had an extra tank of gas just in case. I would highly recommend this cabin!
